This company advertises a free 30 day trial - In fine print they state that you have to call in 14 days to cancel or you get charged 69.75 and they start sending you the product monthly. This is a very manipulative site. They should state this is big print to make sure everyone understands the terms. you have to read 3 pages of fine print to find this. At 14 days you can't make a judgement whether the product works for you or not.

There are many people falling for this 30 day free trial and misadvertising which is set up to manipulative. I got no free trial. They charged me 69.75 for the product in the end. Please review the Bromolite complaint site and correct their advertising. All companies so advertise the terms of payment in large print not in the middle of lots of small print.

I ordered a free trial of the Bromolite from their website and paid for only shipping as requested.

When the products arrived two weeks later no notice about cancellation was included but within 15 days of my first phone call they had charged me an additional $87.65 for a new unauthorized shipment. Which I never received.

This company as I learned from my credit card company has a no return policy so once you go past the first 14 day, calculated from the time you enroll, you are automatically charged the full rate and the company refuses to refund you your money.

They also, upon request of your free product, automatically enroll you in a company called fit-fac which uses your credit card number to charge you 19.95 per product to be part of their fitness program.

Their claim about receiving this product free is false.

Have had the very same problems with this as everyone else. Noticed three $19.95 charges and two $69.95 charges on my account. After trying t o get through to them last night gave up and this morning contacted my bank and they have to issue me a new card and also talked to their claims dept. and filed a clami against them. This is such a scam and as a result I will NEVER order anything from an info9bb23mercial or online again!!!

Originally I wanted the Acaiburn because a friend reccommended it to me. I received the trial, still am on it, but nothing seems different, energy is the same, still wanting carbs, so I don't think this will help with boosting my metabolism. Then I read on about the Bromolite on the sites reccommended link. Took the free trial for $4.95 S&H. They billed me $69.95 and I have not seen any of the product, trial or monthly supply. I called the cancellation number and was number 83 in line. I waited on hold approx 15 minutes. The operator was very nice, cancelled my order and gave me a confirmation #. He said the money would be returned to my acct w/i 12 busn days. He stated that in the fine print it reads that Bromolite sends a trial amt out and bills for the monthly the same day. By the time your 14 day trial runs out your monthly supply arrives. The 14 day trial starts when your conf# shows up on screen, not when you begin taking the product. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Live & learn.

I called my bank and they said that the company has upto 30 days to return the money and if they continued to take money from the acct that I would have to close and reopen a new acct. Now I know better.
No more online purchases for health products. After reading all of the complaints on different sites, it all seems like a scam and none of them have lived upto their end of the bargain. Back to the gym!
