fraudulent unathorized charges
might as well add my name to the ever growing list of complaints with the bromolite/aciaberry "trial offer". Was charged 69.00 from Bromolite and another 29.95 from Fit Fact. Neither authorized from a $4.95 trial offer. I wish i had seen all the complaints before i ever ordered. I never order anything online and the first time i did...low and behold a scam. I called Bromolite to complain and demand my money be returned. The first person, "Lola" said she couldn't give me a confirmation number b/c the "system was down" but to expect to see a refund in 10-12 days. I called back and the next person "Melissa" stated the system was not down but slow. I was given a verification number. Did the same with Fit Fact telling them they will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I high tailed it to the bank to report this nonauthorized, fraudulent activity on my bank card and had to cancell that card and change my account info. Is there no legal penalty for these theives? They claim i approved according to the "terms of agreement". These people need to be stopped immediately. To all others, DO NOT give up, be a pain in their butts until you get your money back!

unauthorized charges
I ordered Bromolite for the free trial, paid shipping and handling and asked the operator specifically if I would be obligated to purchase anymore without placing the order myself, she assured me that I would not. Now I have a charge for 79.95 on my card for another shipment. I don't want it, it wasn't that good. No one answers the phone number that is posted with the charge on my card. How Convenient!!!
Beware of this product. Oprah and Dr Oz recommend this crap. I will never listen to their advise again.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES
I ORDERED AND NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. THEY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE $4.95 AND $69.95. WHEN I CALL, THEY DO NOT ANSWER AND EVENTUALLY DISCONNECT. IF I TRY TO CONTACT THROUGH THE SITE THEY SAY I DONT EXIST AND I HAVE NO ORDER ON FILE. MY CARD COMPANY WAS ASKED NOT TO CHARGE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN BUT BROMOLITE HAD A SECONDARY NAME THEY USED TO CHARGE MY CARD. THIS IS FRAUD IN MY BOOK AND THEY NEED TO BE SUED. I ALSO RECEIVED MORE SPAM THAN EVER BEFORE AS WELL AS JUNK PHONE CALLS. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD FAR AND WIDE. THEY USED BIG TV AND RADIO NAMES IN THEIR ADVERTISING. I WONDER IF THESE COMPANIES ARE AWARE.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
I TOO WAS TOO CHARGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I DID CALL THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER I ORDERED MY BROMOLITE AND CANCELLED IT. THEY STILL CHARGED ME $69.95. AND NOW I HAVE TRIES TO CONTACT THEM AND CONVIENANTLY THE PHONE NUMBER IS NOT WORKING ANYMORE. I CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE CALLED FIT FACTORY AND I WAS ON THERE LIST TO BE CHARGED ALSO. I CANCELLED THAT BUT I WILL SEE IF I GET CHARGE FROM THEM. AND THEY HAVE THE SAME NUMBER I DO FOR BROMOLITE THAT IS NOW NOT WORKING. I THINK IT IS REALLY CONVIENANT OF THEM. DO NOT TRY THESE FREE OFFERS. THE OTHER ONE IS ACAI BERRY. I HEAR THEY ARE A SCAM TOO.

unauthorized charges
I have received 2 bottles of their product (I ordered free sample) and they sent me the supposed free sample (charged me $4.95) have made another unauthorized charge on my credit card. My credit card removed the first charge in the amount of $4.95 and today there was a charge of $69.95. I didn't authorized any purchase or charge.
Please cancel this!!! I want nothing to do with Bromolite!

I paid for shipping and one order 12/13/08 . I have gone online to no avail and called 4 times to cancel and the phones are always having technical trouble and no one responds to my emails. This is unlawful business practices and I am going to seek legal action if you don't refund my money and terminate any orders now and in the future. I have a pending charge again on my debit card of $71.98 today the 30th of December! that's 2 payments for an order I have tried to Cancel in the amount of $143.96. Refund my money immediately and call to confirm (719-235-7147)

Credit Card Unauthorized charges
I ordered a free trial of the Bromolite and Acaia products from their website and paid for only shipping as requested.
When the products arrived two weeks later no notice about cancellation was included but within 15 days of my first phone call they had charged me an additional $111.00 as my 14 day test trial period was over and 15 days after that they charged me an additonal $150.00 for a new unauthorized shipment.
This company as I learned from my credit card company has a no return policy so once you go past the first 14 day, calculated from the time you enroll, you are automatically charged the full rate and the company refuses to refund you your money.
They also, upon request of your free product, automatically enroll you in a company called fit-fac which uses your credit card number to charge you 19.95 per product to be part of their fitness program.
Their claim about receiving this product free is false.
