We recently received, what we thought, was going to be a wonderful memory of our wedding day. Aside from the fact that the editing was absolutely shocking, the ceiling was filmed as part our wedding ceremony, feedback was not removed and you cannot hear our guests messages to us because the sound is so terrible, they also missed my father coming to collect me and walk me to the chapel AND the bouquet and garter toss. The sound in the speeches is terrible and there is about 15 minutes worth of footage of the party and our guests. The supplier, ignores our emails, blames us because they apparently didnt know when the bride would be collected, even though there were aware that the ceremony started at 4pm, and blamed the bride for missing the bouquet toss because they told me to wait, and I didnt!? Last time I checked, the supplier (and there were 2 videographers btw) kept up with the couple and the flow of the wedding, the couple does not pause the day so that the videographers can keep up! NEVER EVER use this supplier, they couldn't care less about the fact that they lost those special memories and simply choose to blame the couple! NOT WORTH IT! 3 Months later and still no joy! I have been able to edit it myself, I want a refund, not another 2 month wait for another average product!
