" Working great figures on a puppy money scam ". My dealings to purchase a puppy began in early Novemeber 2009, due to an ad placed on puppyfind.com by Tammy Koehler.
Brook and Tammy had an ongoing breeding relationship before I responded to her ad. She had bred several of Brook's females to her blue tri male " PAPA SMURF "
Tammy kept Brooks black tri female (Daughter of Rocky from Black Gold Bulldogs) at her location, after breeding her.
Tammy whelped the litter at her location.
Tammy advertised the litter for sale, which I was lead to believe that she owned..
Tammy sold me the female puppy
Tammy told me to send the deposit through pay pal to her..which I did.
Tammy reared the litter till Dec. 20th approx.
Tammy kept Brooks female at her location after he took the litter home .
Tammy's female killed Brooks female on her property...
Tammy offered no restitution for the death of the female ..other then "SORRY"
Tammy collected first pick from that litter for payment of the stud fee. In spite of the fact that the female belonging to Brook was now dead.
The final payment was sent to Brook directly, by me...on January 8th 2010.
Brook claimes that he only wanted $3000. each for his puppies, anything above that figure was Tammy's profit to keep.
Tammy now tells me that she sent the $450. deposit to Brook.

It is in my opinion that Tammy Koehler is nothing more than a " BROKER " in a well orchestrated puppy scam. She admits to the fact that she advertises for other people. She instructed me to send the deposit to her.

On January 8th 2010 the final payment of $3000.00 USD, was sent directly to Brook by Western Union. on January 10th I received a phone call from Brook stating that the puppy I had purchased was sick. He then told me that she did not look of a quality that he wished to send to me, and then offered me fist pick puppy from a European female that was also bred to PAPA SMURF, due appromimately March 15th 2010. And stated that she has produced blue in the past and would gladly exchange a blue puppy for my black tri female that he didn't send. But my black tri female would still be available if there was not a suitable puppy for me. To confirm this, he sent a picture of my female pictured on the left and her sister pictured on the right, that I received on March 4th 2010. Approx. March 15th 2010 the European girl's litter was born. Brook sent me pictures of 7 pups, hiding the fact that she gave birth to 9 one being blue and one being chocolate thus my first pick was being hidden and denied to me. At that point, he told me that he had also sold my origional black tri female, and neither did he have, the money that I had paid him, or my female. Brook then told Tammy that he still had my female and his intention was to breed her and her sister to his Ukrainian male.

Brook has offered other puppies as restituation, but has only produced pictures of puppies from PAST litters that are used for advertising and are NOT AVAILABLE. I have given Brook many opportunities to settle this deal, it has now come to my attention that this has become a game to Brook, and it is his intention, to never send me a dog of any quality, or my money. $3450.00 USD ($3850.97 in CAD)

It has also been brought to my attention that Brook Roque himself posted on the internet (google ...Brook Roque PARVO) that on May 6th 2010, he refunded the price of a pup suffering from parvo, that he sold to a women. Where did this pup origionate from? Brook's Kennel? Tammy's Kennel? who knows! But it did exsist. I know these 2 breeders, may or may not, be the only swindlers stealing from honest people, who trustingly send them money, but hopefully he is the only breeder selling parvo pups to the unsuspecting families in the US. and Canada.

What are these people trying to hide..? Did this pup really exist? Who, really are the parents and how much am I expected to swallow in this matter. I clearly believe that AKC. needs to do a full investigation on these two breeders... and that DNA. testing needs to be done... How many breeders, kennels, families, dogs and bloodlines can this affect, if these registration papers are questioned.. and how many will be involved...? All because they became greedy, and stole my money and my dog... This is not going to just go away.
