I bought a recordplayer that converts music to any laptop or mp3 player in December before christmas. The first time out of the box the damn needle popped out and i couldn't even use it so i return it monday after christmas.. It's February and i've been told 6 times calling their customer service that it's being backlogged in the return wherehouse and it's still waiting to be "processed". I've read numerous other complaints about this company and their policy about returns but blaming the holidays and excessive products being shipped back should not be my problem.. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND ..
