No confirmation, no phone, no address, nothing to be found. I cancelled my order and PayPal Payment. Ithen received an email stating that had shipped. I tracked the number and it was not found. The shpiing vendor was China Mail Service. When I told them that I would check with Microsoft to verify the software was genuine, they processed the cancellation of my order.
