Heather Strouse was a host at a brown bag party in oct. 2010 and there were approximately 10 of us, we ordered products, she cashed our checks the next day and kept the money and never put the orders in. When we contact them in Ca, the main office, they didn't feel it was a big deal, I spoke with "shauna" she is handling it. they really don't do anything about it and don't ever order from HEATHER STROUSE OF PHILADLEPHIA PA, SHE IS DEFRAUDING PEOPLE and then giving us a phone# she never answers and she never answers her email either. DON'T ORDER FROM HER.

I attended a Brown Bag party where Arley Lange was the Independent Consultant representing the company. Here's are a few things I noticed with this consultant:

1. Late arriving to the party which made her late setting up her items
2. She didn't dress professionally - her dress was inappropriate in my opinion
3. She was not prepared
4. She did not have order forms or a proper calculator for orders
5. She didn't have a friendly and inviting personality - in fact, you wanted to kind of steer clear of her
6. If one did decide to place an order, it took FOREVER for her to figure out to do up the order form

With all that said, I did order something because I wanted my friend to receive her hostess credit since she went to all the effort of putting this party on, cost of food and drinks, etc. After 2 weeks passed, I noticed that I still had not received my products in the mail so I called Ms. Arley Lange and left her a message. Another 2 weeks have passed and I have yet to receive a phone call back from her. I have tried calling her on different occassions only to still get her voicemail and no call returned. After giving Ms. Arley Lange ample amount of time to return my calls, I then proceeded to call Brown Bag Party directly where I was place on a long hold, followed by them returning back on the phone and basically saying that I'm out of luck and that they are still attempting to get ahold of that particular consultant. I guess the bottom line is that I'm really not concerned about Brown Bag Party getting ahold of the consultant; my concern is about making good on the orders that were placed by myself and others which seems to be Brown Bag Party's last concern which also means they are losing customers and well as profit - you'd think they'd care about that! Needless to say, I told them I didn't want any order placed in my name should the consultant attempt to turn in any order. DO NOT GO WITH BROWN BAG PARTIES!!! Their customer service is not the best and I would NOT recommend Arley Lange as a consultant.
