My complaint does not really involve the police department, but the Brunswick County NC itself. It is run like the good old boy system and not the law. They have allowed perjury, not only in the county appeal system and in court and refuse to address the issues. This includes the County Health Dept, the County District Attorneys Office and the County Attorney. It all comes down to who is part of the good old boys system, who you know and now much money you have. Because my problems are mostly considered Civil matters, my inability to afford an attorney, leaves me defenseless. I find it upsetting that as a law abiding citizen, my rights for an attorney are denied. If I was a rapist, murder, etc. I would be allowed a Public Defender. For Civil matters, there is no help. I have been harassed by the Count Health Director, the Assistant Health Department Director and their actions have been supported by the County Attorney. The county commissioners refuse to address the issues. Instead the County attorney advises them to refer me to his office. He has done everything within his power to cover up county ordinances that have not been followed and to deny me my rights .

This has been going on for 2 years and has severely affected my health. In addition to the illnesses that I already suffer from, I now have high blood pressure and anxiety attacks, which I never experienced before my dealings with this county. My doctor has even advised me to move from Brunswick County because of what has been going on.

How do I defend myself against this? There is a lot more details, all of which I can prove.
