they were very rude
Date:01/30/10
Time: around 10 pm


There was 4 people in the group, we paid for 6 games in total. The computer at our lane said that "if you want to continue with your game, go to the front desk." So we went to the front desk and asked one of the workers (named Andre) what was going on if we had paid for everything and he told me in a VERY RUDE way that i had to pay EXTRA money just to finish our FIRST game and that we had played our games already. But we had bearly even been there for about 30 mins. So i went back to our lane and told my family what was going on, so my nephew and my brother went to ask again what was going on since they didnt want to explain to me everything so i went after them to see what the guy was gonna say. When they saw me another worker told my brother that Andre had told me everything already wich he had bearly even explained anything at all. I wanted to talk to them again, they looked straight at me and they just ignored me. I tried to get their attention but they would still ignore me. There was no reason for them to do that because one of them wasn't even doing anything. Finally i got Andre's attention and i asked him to please go over everything and explainto me how did it come up for him to say that i had to pay more than i already did. He was trying to talk over me when i was asking him questions about it and he was answering me in a rude manner. Also, he kept repeating the same thing over and over again. I told him that i knew what he was saying but he would never answer the other questions i was asking him. When he was talking he was contradicting himself by agreeing with me that i had paid for the shoes, the 6 games and for 4 people, but then he kept telling me that i had to pay extra for 7 people when there was only 4 and each of us only had 8 turns. He was very disrespectful to me and i dont appreciate that. There was alot of people around looking at what was going on he was making a big scene about it, so we all just left and returned the shoes. I dont think that the custumers should be treated like that. Andre should have dealt with it in a calm and nice manner. We are regular custumers that go there to have fun, NOT to be treated like that.
