Hi. I' m a resident of Tuolumne County and both my brother and I watch the TV. allot. However we do have some difficulties through your programing like digital breaking -up especially the low channels. they are: 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 14. Those the ones that we watch regularity and sometimes the higher channels but very rare.
As of Saturday July 25, 2009 approximately 2:30PM. PST, I had no service what so ever. However the TV. was shot off due to the problem the back on at 3:30PM. At that time service was re- stored.
For a reminder of Comcast in the future, and I say this among of others that has your service, with any disruptive service that my cause problems to the viewers it should be dealt with at least 12 hour period. Then it will be no further problems on either side. Please take this into consideration. Thanks for you cooperation.
