I paid for three years and only received two years forth of magazines. I bought the subscription, then you sent a renewal offer for two years, and I renewed, but I just got a letter saying I needed to renew again. I also was promised a free gift and never got it. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and have never had a problem until recently.
