Withdrawing money without prior approval or notice!
Grant master deducts 1.97 from your account to send you a CD then after 2 weeks it takes another unauthorized 39.95 out of your account we argued with the company and canceled it and the next week they take out another 7.95. Then low and behold two other companies have our account number and take money out without our permission. We have never heard of these companies. One is Network agenda.com 9.95 and the other is rewardmemore technology 33.87. Figure we are out about 100.00 from ordering one CD that should have cost us 1.97 only!

Scam and cheating!
I'm having 7.95 taken from my credit card every month even though I canceled over 2 months ago.Had charges in Dec. and Jan. statements of my card.

Unauthorized deduction!
I was charged the amount of $7.95 to my bank account with out my authorization, i did not buy anything from them!

Unauthorized withdrawals!
After requesting free information, several unauthorized withdrawals have been taken from my credit card account. There is no phone number on the statement by which I can reach this company. Charges are 29.95 monthly.

Unauthorized withdrawals!
I purchased a cd for $1.95 on 01/23/2008,As of today 01/31/2008 I still have not received this disk. Today when I looked at my bank account, I noticed that there was an unauthorized Charge for $39.95 from the same company - only I have no idea what it is for. I went back to the 1/23 transaction and noticed that it had a toll free number 866-370-7270 - but there was only a recording that their office hours have changed and the office was now closed. Per my bank I now have to cancel my debit/credit card and wait for a replacement to keep this from happening again! I WANT MY $$ BACK. If I do not get an answer from BSM/Grant Research assistant- I will be getting the Federal Trade Commission involved.
This company is stealing from the public, and that's just bad business - The FTC should be made aware of it. Maybe if enough people complained to the FTC then BSM/Grant Search Assistant will see that the public is aware of their scam.

Unauthorized charges!
Unauthorized charges from this bogus company, have been made to my credit card. I can't find any contact information such as web site, phone number or address to make this illegal activity cease!!!
