I purchased a $2.00 disc on a web page that did NOT disclose clearly that I was automatically registering as a member and would be billed as such. The disk didn't work. ONE year later I located another company with a similar disk. This time I realized I A MEMBERSHIP ENSUED AFTER a free trial period. In fact it was 3 trial periods for variations of the same product. The disk didn't work again, this time because I was using an apple computer and the disk was PC based. So I tried to cancel. At this time they confirmed they were canceling an account I didn't know existed. My ORIGINAL purchase A YEAR EARLIER was from the same company under a different name. They cancelled the first account but acted as if they didn't realize I wanted to cancel my entire relationship with the company. I had to practically argue with the representative to cancel EVERYTHING!

And still, 10 months later they are still taking money. The bank claims they cant cancel this companies access to my account and expects me to pay a stop payment fee each month. I have called the company and cancelled again getting another apologetic confirmation to stop. Shy of that, I will cancel my bank account, period.

I have been charged without permission. I thought I was getting a CD for $1.97, and now am being charged $39.95. And from what I have researched there will soon be more charges coming from at least TWO ADDITIONAL companies. Mr. Ryan R. states that they do their best to disclose. Bull!! After going back to the site and simulating the procedure again, it's only disclose ONCE in VERY tiny writing that most people wouldn't think to look at because they are only buying a CD. In addition, the confirmation E-mail doesn't mention charges either. It only gives web links and access to several other sites (presumably the sites that will be screwing you). The phone numbers thus far have been useless. I am going to the better business bureau. I still have my confirmation E-mail, and my bank statements. They have NOT heard the last of me. Oh ya, and close your bank account and open a new one. If you actually get through to someone, don't think this will stop the charges, because it won't. They will continue charging you until the account is closed and they can't do it anymore.

I was looking for information on government grants. This site appeared to answer my search. This was supposed to be a free disc. All you had to pay was shipping and handling. After thirty days they would be charging monthly to the credit card.
So I told the representative to cancel the order. I haven't seen the disk but they got the money within a few days. There is no way to contact these people on their site.

On December 28,'07 I ordered a CD for $1.97 in full. It was BSM Grant Search Assistant. The CD arrived in January titled Grant Master Delux Edition, New 2007 Edition). The address on the CD was Las Vegas. The one on your site is in Ohio. On Jan. 9, an unauthorized pmt. of $39.95 was deducted from my account. I have an FI Ref. ID only from my bank. The same thing happened with Maxx Supplements, Inc. for $49.95. They at least answered my email when I complained, but I won't believe them until they credit my account the money they took. Would it help if I authorized my bank to not pay them again? Who can afford this to happen to them? No one.

This company has withdrawn fees from my bank that has not been authorized. In fact I have no idea who they even are. They have overdrawn my account and are still trying to do so.
