Went to GrantMaster website looking for info on grants. Found their site offering FREE Program only charging $2.99 S&H fee. Checked my account today after paying bills and notice I am OVERDRAFT, when I know I had enough money.

Seems I was charged $39.95 that was not authorized. Description on the withdrawal was BSM/GRANT SEARCH A LAS VEGAS NV, searched around and found others posting about same unwanted charges and traced ti back to the GranMaster website. Now I Don't have money to pay my final bill till end of week at which point a late fee will be charged costing me more money.

I downloaded a "Free Grant search" application off the internet and authorized a 2.99 payment for the information. 2 days later they debited $39.95 from my checking account. It made my checking account go negative. You can imagine how mad that made me. Especially when my bank told me that they have no contact information for this company, and no way to contact them. I felt helpless so I started searching the internet through all the complaint web sites(Where were these sites when I found the bsm free grants?lol) I finally found a site that had complaints and 1800 numbers to contact the company. this was a huge help for all of you who have made this mistake let me give you the number to call 866-396-5694 I spoke to customer service and they acted like they couldnt find my account but i didnt give up because i knew that they aparently were able to find my checking account so they should be able to find the account that they debited it for. well after holding for a while the guy finally found my account and said it will take 3-5 business days to process my refund. His name was Charles Anderson. Im waitin on the refund now so i hope this information helps others like it helped me and if i dont recieve the refund you better belive i will call back.

I was charges 39.95 from my account and have not received any product. I called Network Agenda and they gace me the phone number for BSM 1-866-370-7270 to call and get a refund.

Money was deducted from my bank account with no request from myself.

For all those of you who are looking for some info on the unauthorized charges, here it is: For billing information or any other questions regarding your order, contact customer service at 1-866-396-5694 Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 9 P.M EST. I too was stolen from after ordering grant master CD. It said it was only $2.95 but was then charged another fee of $39.95. When I called the number above to cancel, the lady said that when I ordered the CD, I was automatically enrolled in their monthly program for $39.95 a month and that I had 7 days from the day of purchase to cancel otherwise my card would be charged every month. I told her I wanted it canceled immediately and she kept insisting why this would be useful. I had to tell her 3 times I wanted this canceled which she finally did and gave me a confirmation #. Hopefully this will be the end of it. I will have to keep checking my bank statements to be sure. Good luck to all of you in getting your money back.
