Did not order product!
I have been billed twice on my debit card and have not ordered. The phone # is cut off on my printout of my bank account so I do not know who to call to cancel.

Stolen money!
On March 6, 2008. $39.95 was taken out of my bank account. On that same day, $7.95 was taken out of my account. After that amount of money was withdrew without permission, my bank account charged me $70.00 for overdraft. I did not sign up for anything on this website. I have no idea how they got hold of my credit card information.

Stolen money!
Does this company replace money they take out of bank accounts without permission? I owe my bank almost one hundred and fifty dollars and I do not even have a job to pay the money back myself.

A charge of 39.95 that is completely unauthorized appeared on my bank account.

Debit withdrawal!
I have called them several times and asked them to remove my name from their subscriber list and they continue to take 39.95 out of my checking account every month. I called them in December to be removed and they have taken $39.95 out of my checking account in Jan., Feb., and March.

unauthorized withdrawls
ordered cd for 1.99 then 1.00 insurance charge(they charged us twice for the insurance, said it would be refunded),recieved cd but now there is a charge on our credit card without authorization for 39.95.anyone ever get their money back?Will they cancel if they say they will?how are they allowed to do this?Please reply if anyone has gotten any results!!!!

Charging my checking account
They sent me a disk for the computer, they are bogus and do not help you they just cause more problems. If they do not stop taking money from my account the attorney is willing to step in and take this matter further.
