I got connection in last week of June 2010 for broadband internet plan Rs 250+ Rs 60 modem rent /month with 1 GB free download from BSNL for my home in Palwal (Haryana).
I found service unreliable and many time connection breaking since the connection is taken. Complaint have been logded several time. But status is same.
Moreover, Since June 2010 I have not received bill to ascertain the bill as per the plan taken.
I have been trying for online viewing of bills but it states " no outstanding".
Now after being frustrated, I would like to cancle my Internet conenction from immediate effect.
I need my correct bills including details within one week from this complaint or else I am bound to take legal action.
