Internet Connection
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using BSNL broadband internet service, the internet is not getting connected from past 3 weeks. I lodged numerous complaints and called diffrent locations and also have been to the nearby exchange. But the issue is not resolved. Please help me with this issue.

Very poor customer service
I have a BSNL connection number 25501861, and had submitted a form for shifting of the same from Madiwala to Rammurthynagar in July 08 and till date whenever I inquire when the phone will be shifted they give some lame excuses and tell this week it will happen. I am sick of this. The service is very poor.

No Dial tone
My Ph no is 25269541, I have made the complaint quite a no. of times to BSNL . Till now no action has been taken. There is no dial tone in my above phone. pl do the needful.

Telephone out of order for more than 25 days!
I am a BSNL customer in Bangalore. My telephone has been out of order for more than 25 days. I have registered complaint with BSNL through telephone more than 5 times and we have personally visited the BSNL officers 4 times. The responses over telephone were very unhelpful and when we went to their office, twice they said it would get rectified in 2-3 days and twice they said it would get rectified the next day, but to no avail. Their technician did not even visit us or call us once!
Awful service!

Poor service!
I personally gave a request to shift phone from Shantinagar to Kasavanahalli, Bellandur on 21st July 2007. A work order 7304751 was issued on 27/7/07 in the BSNL office near my area. Unfortunately still nothing was done. I call then BSNL office nearly daily they keep the phone engaged without talking, so that they don't answer any calls. If by chance I get hold of anyone they give some excuse that it will be done today or tomorrow. The office is so out of my regular way, otherwise I would have gone and sat there in there office. It is very sad that a State which is thought to be best in IT, I think is loosing its charm!

I booked for new landline on 25.01.06; till now no action from BSNL (Bangalore) side. Not sure, whom should I contact for further follow up. Once I personally went to commercial office in Indiranagar, where I booked the connection and got no response, but no luck.
In BSNL Bangalore official web site also no option to book complaint my case.
If anyone knows the suitable method to track it, guide me plz!

No action from BSNL

Poor internet connection quality!
I have taken BSNL BroadBand Connection in the month of march from that time onwards i getting this internet like damage tube which keep on blink never stable. i did complaint many time but as usual government Employee no Use No will never response. Once i reached one of their employee from customer care he instead solving he started scolding using all bad words(excellent Call center). Only think which regular is my Bill. This month that is also superb do you want to know how much it is 42oo Rs. Bill description Phone Rental 180 rs + internet charges 900 + again internet charges 900(strange same charges twice for same month) + modem sales 1900 + taxes (i never asked them for that modem). Gone BSNL office to check on this again as government go this office that office...
Do any one knows any person or any system through i which complain about my problems.!

New broadband connection problems!
I booked for new landline and broadband connection on 13.4.07; They told, new connection will take 7 days and after that I'll be getting broadband connection in another 7 days. I started following up after a week, initially, they were just giving me new numbers to contact, when went to kormangala and NGV exchanges, I got to know, files were not transferred. Then, I personally went to BSNL office where I booked the connection and got 2 contact numbers for further inquiry, then after 6 weeks I got new connection on 21st may 2007. Now I'm still trying to follow up for broadband connection. The contact number given to me, that person is replying very rudely, and saying it may take another 6 months. Not sure, whom to contact.
I can not go for Airtel also, as they don't have network in our area :(
