Today at around 11:25 AM IST, I called BSNL customer srevice on 18004241600 to complaint about not able to connect through wireless. I spoke to Usha and the service was not satisfactory. She was in a hurry to finish the call and did not even have an ETA as to by when I woudl receive a call from the technician to resolve the issue I am facing. Then, at around 11:32 AM IST, I called again and this time spoke to Bindiya who was not ready to register my complaint. Later, she put me on hold for too long and then provided with some ref. number upon insisting. The service was TOO BAD and PATEHTIC. The reps. don't even know how to speak to customers and have no sense of providing good service. They all seems to be very IMPATIENT and in a hurry to bloo... disconnect the call.
I hope some would be kind enough to look into this issue and resolve ASAP. I hope I would receive some positive response at the earliest and the govt. co (BSNL) is not like their reps...
