We have taken Broadwand services of Bsnl, Ranchi (PANDRA TELEPHONE EXCHANGE) Having land line 06512510110. Broadwand facilities were distubed since last 2 months. Complaint no 11235932 was lodged. But till date no action take for .When we talk with telephone exchange personel on 14-08-2010 he refused to disclosed his identity on phone no 2511o600 /25110900 and told that it will be done in next week otherwise have atalk with SDO> We had earlier talk with SDO On his mobile number too.But no result found. Please do needful.
