The CalcuttaBSNL(barrackpore circle, Bhatpara telephone exchange) ISSUED A WORK ORDER and landline telephone no.
but still after 3 months i have not been connected
Shame Sachin Pilot(who promised BB Connection within a day or two)

POOR SERVICE
MY BSNL BROADBAND NET AND PHONE IS NOT WORKING SINCE LAST ONE MONTH AND I REGIESTERD COMPLAINT ( COMPLAINT NO. 100092215 02SEPT2010 ) BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY BSNL FOR RECTIFICATION THAN I CONTACTD TO DGM JALANDHAR (9417304400) ON DATED 16.9.2010. AND SENT SMS FOR MY CASE TO HIM ON 18.9.2010.
AFTER MY ALL EFFORTS MY TELEPHONE AND BROADBAND HAS NOT ATTENDED.
I AM SO MUCH FEELING HOPELESS ABT BSNL FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE.
THIS CASE WILL BE FORWARED TO ALL SENOIR OFFICERS. AND SAME WILL BE UPLOADED ON NET FOR BSNL POOR SERVICE.

providing less speed
sir,
i have subscribed BSNL broadband connection in this month. The plan is unlimited 900. They internet speed will be upto 4mbps but they are providing only 100 or 200 kbps. It's too horrible to work with it, kindly do the needful as soon as possible. land line no is 04426566395

i have subscribed 900 unlimited plan for internet connection from BSNL. They said for this we will provide up to 4mbps; but i'm getting only 100 mbps or 200 mbps. It's too terrible to work on with it. kindly request to proceed further actions. landline no is 04426566395.

We are iving the complain so many times for broadband at phone no 2442046 . It is in practise that broadband of bsnl is not working proper. let us issue our complain no as soon as possible

Dear Sir
I am writing this to you in exasperation at the inconsistent DSL service provided to my business by your company.
I am an Internet café providing service to the residents and visitors to Vashist in the Himachal Pradesh region. All my communication needs (and they are many), are met by your company however the DSL service is greatly concerning me. Unfortunately the DSL service provided to my café is so inconsistent that my business is beginning to suffer. I have tried on numerous occasions to get this resolved with your technical department but to no avail as the DSL still keeps dropping constantly. I can honestly say that our connection drops over 50 times per day.
There seems to be a fundamental problem of your service from Manali which I would like to ask you to enquire about and resolve. We have been told on numerous occasions that they are “fixing the line” but the line never seems to be never fixed.
My question is this. If the line is needing constantly fixed it seems to me that this line needs to be replaced or alternative methods of providing service need to be ascertained as the quality of this service to me is so poor that we may have to consider alternative companies to provide DSL as we wish to expand our service to our customers but cannot rely on your service.
I’ve always had a good business relationship with your company and would love to continue this relationship with you if you could resolve this problem.
Thank you for your time in this matter and I look forward to hearing from you in regard to this situation.

All time link faliure & slow speed
I have BSNL connection number 033-25806238 more than 5 years. From last two years i am using BSNL Broadband with home 500 C plan. But from last 5-6 months i am having problem with the link faliure all time and slow speed. After complaining what they recover i never understand. because i have to complian about the same after 4-5 days or some times it probably after a week. After all that i disconnected the Broadband connection. I again taken the connection which was started from 3rd of feb 2010. But on that day onwards i have the same problem as before.

Broadband not working
I am having BSNL broadband connection since last 2 years. For the past 7 days, the broadband is not working and everytime my wife calls the office, she gets response "It will be done today" and that day never comes. We are now totally frustated with the service.
