Broadband connectivity is not proper
Have taken broadband internet connection of BSNL, at Ahmedabad (Gujarat -India) since Aug 2008. But since its installation, I couldn't find proper service, i.e. connectivity. I am trying to access my business work from my home. I can't get connected & I can't prepare for my business assignments. I have taken unlimited Internet services of Rs 1350/- per month. I can't bare the cost if i don't get proper service. No one is responding on the phone.
Kindly take up the matter with BSNL authorities and oblige.

Connection problems
For the past two days my yahoo mail is not connecting... all the other sites are connecting well but only after one or two attempts...

Inaction- User ID
I applied for BROADBAND services with BSNL, Kolkata, India. Instead of allocating my desired user ID ("klzsk") an user-ID ("kizsk") was allotted to me, by default reading. I have been harping hard for the change since last THREE years. More than a DOZEN requests have been made over a period of THREE years.
No actions have been made, so far.

Poor service, worse customer service
BSNL Dataone is one piece of shit Broadband service period. For the first 3 weeks since I signed up, I got no service or extremely frequent disconnection. No Customer Service number for Pune. The "toll free" number was always busy. I finally called on the number they used to call me, in order to establish a connection when I had made an application. Every time they would ask me the nature of problem and take down my details and promise me some action. Things moved only after I threatened to terminate the connection and make a formal complaint. Even now, I have slow internet speeds, frequent disconnections or no connection at all. I got disconnected 3 times while writing this complaint.
I will not recommend this Broadband service to anyone.

Slow connection even with 1 mbps speed
I have a BSNL connection which has the speed of 1 MBPS. Even though it is 1 MBPS, the internet connection is too slow.

Crappy Tariffs
The tariff offered by BSNL is too crappy to be believed. The unlimited plan which offers unlimited 'download speed" @ 32 KBps for Rs. 900 is too stupid to be true. Even Pakistan gets a better service than we get here.
Take a look at this-

Convert the rates in Pakistani Currency into Indian currency and then we get the difference.
This complaint was filed just to compare services provided in 2 countries and not to engage any feuds.

No Connection Given yet
Hi,
I have appiled for BSNl broandband connection two months, after waiting for months long I got a call from BSNL office people stating they will come and give the connection for the landline first and within 7 days they will put the braodband, but however after that no news, when I called the Customer care, they gave me some number but did not get any response on those numbers.
Kindly request someone to help me on this please. Help me to get the connection soon,

usage checking of broadband
the site www.bbservice.bsnl.in never opens. It opens only after a 20 days and i am not able to check the usage . this is a big problem for me as i download a lots of things.

always my data.bsnl.in site is not open so i can't see my data usage
the www.data.bsnl.in site is very unuseful site for me because this site is always not open or it is down so i can't see my data usage and this is very very big problem for me.
