Broadband connection not received
I had opted for the bsnl broadband service on 1st april 2007 with the virar exchange falling under kalyan dist maharashtra, but i have yet to receive the connection even after 6 months is this there policy to handover their customers to pvt players.

Bad data cable
BSNL Broadband provide bad data cable bad services. We applied for broadband though its working but it disconnects after few seconds due to bad data cable The cable is new and they dont even entertain complaints.

Slow connectivity
We do have a 1200 office plan BSNL Broadband. But it is very slow and the intermittently it is disconnected. Even with several complaints it is not set right. Poor provider!

Faulty internet!
From last 1 month, my internet is not working. Everytime i want to connect the internet there has been a error, what a fu***ng facility bsnl give to their customers? Many times i go to the bsnl office for complaint but no one comes to my house to attend the complaint, bsnl hasx a very very poor facility,bsnl is just like a shit, fu***ng shit!

Useless broadband connections
BSNL Broadband Connections are Fraud. I booked a BSNL Broad band Connections in the year 2006. Till Now they are telling lies. Every Day i'm follow Up the BSNL Broadband Customer care and Concerned Persons.
They are telling Big Stories. Why BSNL telling Lies to the Customers. I'm telling to the Customers Don't go to Apply the Broadband connections in BSNL.

Disconnecting India
When finally BSNL Broadband arrived after a year had lapsed from the time of registering we were happy. But it was shortlived. It worked only for a day!!!. Repeated complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Now it is almost 6 months and yet no one bothers to set matters right. We pay Rs 250 a month to BSNL for their virtual service!!! What's more shameful is that the e-mail addresses and phone numbers provided in their website are outdated. E-mails keep bouncing back and phone calls land up at residences where one is greeted with rudeness. BSNL may kindly change their tag line to "Disconnecting India"!!!

7 month without connection!
I have applied for BSNL broadband connection in Dec 2006, its been 7 months now and still there is no sign of broadband connection.
I have tried almost everything , called 1500, they ask us to come to office to gather more details if we go to office, the response is on expected lines please call some phone number once you call the given phone number you will be given some other number and so on... Finally some one will tell that next month i will get the connection. Again next month the same story continues.
I have even tried calling the manager numbers provided in BSNL site:
(http://www.bangaloretelecom.com/new_csc.htm) and as expected, no one picks the call or phone will be disconnected
Not sure what needs to be done now, specially when i don't have any other broadband providers in my area.

No connection given for more than 3 months!
We had applied for broad band connection during Feb07 and now its June 07 and still there is no response from the department. While private operators turn around in a week to 15 days time, we are finding that BSNL is not even willing to respond on the status. Is this the indication from BSNL that existing consumers should move to private operators.

Connectivity breaks quite frequently!
I have being using broandband connection of bsnl at night times, i do not get connectivity continues it breaks quite frequently, even i have complained to bsnl still there is no fruitful result!
