NET NOT WORKING

MAINE 13-8-2010 KO NAYA BRODBAND CONNECTION LIYA THA JISKI SPEED 0.17 MBPS A RAHI HAI JISKI COMPLAN MAINE BSNL OFFICE MAI HAJARO BAR KARDI HAI LAKIN ABHI TAK MERI PROBLEM SOLVE NAHI HUYE BHAR BHAR YEH KAHAKAR MUJHE TAL DIYA JATA HAI KI HUM LAKE KO BHEJ DEGE LAKIN AAJ TAK NA TOH KOI LADKA AYA HAI OR NA HI KOI ISE THIK KARNE .

non working since 15 april 2008

My bsnl brodband is closed since 15 april 2008. So many complaints were made . But no use. My telephone no. is 0712-2545861 and mobile no. is 9422506572 .I am residing at Nagpur . Maharastra . India. Due to non working of bsnl brodband i am facing lot of problems.
I have already paid entire rent for 1 year in feb .2008 .
The concerning highest authotities are reqqested to look into the matter personally and start my brodband Otherwise i will be constrained to discontinue the bsnl brodband conection.
