My landline number 0120-2717134, frequently stops working at every one-two month frequeny. I am fed up by the problem and is now on the verge of surrendering the connection which have been with us since 2003. I would be really feeling sorry for that as private service providors are giving a much better after sale service.
If BSNL bother about its customer I request them to check my bill for the last year or so, other then the rental I have paid almost negligable call charges
