Frequent breakdown of landline phone

My landline number 0120-2717134, frequently stops working at every one-two month frequeny. I am fed up by the problem and is now on the verge of surrendering the connection which have been with us since 2003. I would be really feeling sorry for that as private service providors are giving a much better after sale service.
If BSNL bother about its customer I request them to check my bill for the last year or so, other then the rental I have paid almost negligable call charges

Landline and broadband connection

Telephone and broadband not working for the last several months on the pretext of cutting of cable. Behaviour of the officials is perfectly nugatory. Besides indifferece towards solving the problems needs to be tackled by taking stern actions against the defaulting officials who are toying with the esteemed customers.
