Extra charges of MODEM Since Nov-2010
I had purchased MODEM for Broad band from BSNL in Oct, 2010. Before that it was rental for more than 18 months. But after purchasing MODEM still BSNL is charging monthly rental to me. I had done complaint in written, I am having with inwards no.
Previoualy they are saying we have installed new software after some time you will get correct bills and all adjustment will be done. now more than 8 months has gone nothing is done. BSNL is charging me MODEM charges.

poor service
The land line with number 08272-230722 is dead most of the time. Whenever I try to call this number there is no response or hear some other phone conversations or some times simply ringing. This phone belongs to my father K.S. Anantharamaiah at Sannapulicote/Ayengeri village in Kodagu District (Karnataka state). The above said service provider collects the bill regularly without proper service. My father says complaining has no use and the officials do not bother about setting it right. It is happening for the last 3-4 years. Further, he gets bills for calls which he did not make. He is aged (above 90) and finds it very difficult to manage without this service. Ironically, the phones in nearby homes work properly. I do not know whether it is because the operator is doing this intentionally for some favors.

Landline phone not working properly
Dear Sir,
I am using this BSNL Land line no 04256-252254.For last 4 months my landline phone was not working properly, it gives lot of noise we are unable to talk. I complained many time to the local exchange (At least weekly 2 or 3 times ) . But the problem is not corrected.Please do the needful.

Disturbance in connection
The land line connection is not working properly, unable to make outgoing calls and on receiving calls there is a huge disturbance with cracking noise.
