line out of order&old&worn out telephone set
My telephone wire has worn out &either my phone remains dead or out of order.The telephone set is also very old of 1980s.We keep complaining to the bsnl, Indore but nothing has been done so far.When we wanted to get our line disconnected they tell us only to get in writing from their dept. that they are unable to solve the problem .I feel so helpless.I have kept paying the rental whereas my phone remains unused due to the above problems.Last Saturday17 april, the lineman, Mr. Bhadoria came& said he would do the needful but nothing has been done so far tilltoday .I'm trying to take the help of consumer forum also but as of now I don't know how to go about it.

Phone is dead for three months

Yesterday BSNL contracter was broken our MSEB connection under BSNL complaint maintenance
BSNL & MSEB was not takeing respossiblity to slove it
We are unable to repair govt. authority from last two days we are living without elecricity
Pls. send BSNL contractr to repair it

change the instrument urgently
dear sir'
its the 8 time mi am complaining you to please change the instrument .we suffer a lot as we have patients at our place and sometimes in case of emergency we are unable to make calls n have to run to the neighbours house for the same. if we pay you its your duty to provide good service.kindly look into the matter at ur earliest.

Telephone line continous disturbance
Our BSNL lanline no. 0120-2784585 is having contionous disturbance problem since last one year due to which making a call and lifting any call is very difficult. The problem was escalated several times to local exchange but till time no action has been taken.

on 3rd of august i had complain log to bsnl but it is not repaired till date. i hope the serive affected with poor quality the person is not given proper resposne

land line not working last 20 days.no action on complaint booked
BSNL land line at Baroda Gujarat no 2330805 down for the last 20 days and no effective action on complaint booked ad exchange office at Alkapuri, Baroda. Personal visits also have not resulted in remedial action.
