Substandard & improper BSNL Customer Support
Hello All!
I am Mr.N.G.Singh writing from Vashisht, Manali.
Here, I am complaining about the BSNL, Manali office.
Since August 2010 I had been using the BSNL Broadband service through land-line connection. My BSNL internet experience so far is really pathetic with so many internet down-times and off & on death telephone-line!
When complained about the problem to the concerned officer, it will take 2/3 days to rectify the problem and again within 1/2 days time the same problem comes up! So, I had to call them every 2/3 days to keep my BSNL internet keep running!
What's wrong with these people at BSNL, Manali?
Why are these substandard line-men employed in BSNL who doesn't know how to do their job properly?
Why should these inefficient officers of BSNL who doesn't know how to give proper service to their customers sit in the BSNL office to harrass people with their substandard & improper customer support?
By the time, I am writing in this complaint here on 25 November 2010, my tel/internet connection is out of order since three[3] days still waiting for the inefficient people at BSNL, Manali to do their job
