NETWORK COVERAGE
Sir,
Regarding BSNL Mobile service, in kerala circle it is very poor.
The plans and the sevice was not bad. but recently i have doubt they are supporting other private cellular companies. Because other companies canvasing the bsnl costomers by offering better sevice. BSNL COUSTOMERS ALWAYS RECIVING ONLY ONE MESSEGE "OUT OF COVERAGE"

no proper range,useless attention from 1503,18001801503
trying to lodge complaint that the range is poor, call gets disconnected, unable to listen, gprs activation is not done, etc.

my name is ishan bhatt & i m from chhota udepur, dist-baroda, state-gujarat.
in our town 2 bsnl mobile tower are sictuated but its not work properly.often bsnl mobile service stop in our town & also calls are not connected properly.thats the reason pepople go for other mobile services & that very shame thing 4 bsnl & our goverment.so pls take some serious action.

SIM JAMMED/NOT WORKING
My mobile no.9429097829 is jammed AND NOT WORKING.I had try
to book my complaint on customer care portal but it is also not working. I am on tour and in village area, I require urgent connectivity of my LIFE TIME PRE PAID MOBILE WORKING but same
are not working and COMPANY SERVICES are not properly working for booking, reply, 24x7 services are not proper.

Mobile coverage problem
I had been complaining about the signal problem from last one month and trying to contact officers who is in charge for the mobile department is Mr.Chore and Mr.Lodha . Both are working in senior position. They are simply ignoring the complaint by not attending my call as they have facility to precisely see the source of call.These people are really helping the BSNL to close down troubling their customers to ensure the customer to go to other service providers so that they can get salary without doing any job. This is possible in Indian Govt service as job security is provided to these public servants. I do not know the effect this complaint ; My mobile No:09422106513 is down in my residence area due to Low signal strength - this is due to the total negligence of maintenance.

Caller tune to be cancelled
I subscribed to caller tune on my mobile no. 9420481691 and unable to unsubscribe efforts ended in waste of time. All sorts of embarassing tunes and ads keep playing on the phone as told by my contacts. Messages keep coming that Rs25 is charged or Rs 12 is being charged. No extention of the service is asked yet it is going on. Please end it.

Waiting for 7 month to change plan!
I am user of BSNL prepaid mobile more than 3 years... 8 months before I took life time plan for my connection with a recharge voucher... after some time i came to know this plan is not good for me because charges are very high... so i contacted customer care to change my plan to normal plan of excel... they told me to send sms to "CONV" to 3733... that i did but nothing happen for 15 days just got a sms to wait, from that time i am waiting... I recalled customer care they advice me to send sms again and again and again... till now I sent more than 500 sms to change my plan. I went to local office of bsnl they told me we are unable to do anything... customer care is still asking me to sms on (rubbish) 3733 (server down)... Bsnl Mobile service is very poor!
