i registered a complaint against bsnl prepaid [no=+919475504148] to the customre care on 9th aug 2010 [co.no.=5820774] which is still ''under process'' even after 10 days of registration(action should be taken in 3 days)
issue=even after the recharge of Rs.606 for data plan (which should provide me 2GB free internet usage in mornings and 5GB during nights for one month), i'm still charged for using internet (money is deducted from my main balance according to internet i use, instead of my data plan)
the nodal officer is always busy to attend my phone calls to him. i see no other option, please somone help me out as soon as possible.
