If I ask them they just direct me to some other person
I had logged a complaint for my landline not working. I have my broad band as well in that. It has been close to 15 days since I have logged the complaint. BSNL Just gives me number after number to contact for support. but my problem has not been resolved so far. If I ask them they just direct me to some other person.

I have broke my head complaining to BSNL customer service
My BSNL broadband plan unlimited speed 256 kbps is giving on uploading speed of 42 kbps and downloading speed of 54 kbps. I have broke my head complaining to BSNL customer service, but those gentleman will either never pick up the phone or if they pick up say everything is fine. My work is suffering as I work online for a Medical Transcription Company.

BSNL Web site is not updated and a lot of garbage advertisements as well as lot of outdated news articles are confusing customers of Cellone & B-fone customers of BSNL.

Do not use BSNL
I have pre paid connection from bsnl pune .I normally buy rechharge coupen for valid for 4 months .The last time i recharged the validity was till the 23rd of may 07 and there was a balance of Rs1100+ as on the last day .I was thinking of change over to a Post paid connection for which bsnl is not ready to adjust the balance of Rs1100+ in lein of the deposit iam required to pay. Thereby requiring me to use the balance amt. Unfortunately i was neighter able to use the balance or recharge my account till the 3rd of june 07. On checking my balance before recharging my entire balance of 1100+ had become Zero. On enquiring with Customer Care I was informed that the balance amt is forfeited after 7 days of validity as it is a matter of policy.

It seems that they do not want to provide any sort of services to the customers
Firstly i have tried sevral time to BSNL customer care 1500 but they come on phone.It seems that they dont want to provide any sort of services to the customers or not comfortable to speak with.Anyways, I was looking to get a broad band connection in noida(my office).I did not want to try such a worst service(BSNL)but as no broadband feasable there i had to call BSNL.After a long time some one picked up my phone at 1800 number but disconnected suddenly.Again i called on same number then somebody picked up the phone and said that call at 0120-2548200 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 0120-2548200 end_of_the_skype_highlighting.Some manager will take care of that so i have called on that number and somebody picked up and said that concern man is not here and disconnected without listening me.after that i have tried several times but no one picked up.

Avoid BSNL at all costs
The broadband connection failed on 12th morning. I did lodge a complaint and the docket number is 120205. Despite calling them everyday, each of the person at the call centre suggested how I should be going around. They suggested that the hardware has conked off. I checked with my vendor and got it certified that it was working fine. When I called them back the answer was that they reset the server and the connection would be restored. The wait didnt fetch any results. Day before yesterday contacted them again and was given again a docket number 22020360. No use. I spoke to one Giridhar, who was helpful initially on the 23rd. He assured that he will reset again. The modem lamps came to life after he reset. From Coma stage the broadband connection has come to life. When will it be active I didnt know. I spoke to the DE office on 24th (today) on phone number 25420000. The lady at the other end was very helpful and passed on the message to the concerned JTE. That was 4 hours ago. I am waiting to logon to the internet. Will BSNL set right the connection without any further delay?

I subscribed to GPRS 199 plan of Cellone under postpaid scheme on 18/11/2006. Till 28/12/2006, it seemed to work fine. But from 29/12/2006, the service has been stopped without any notice. Also no one is telling what is the problem or when is it likely to be resumed. The Call Centre personnel to whom I talked are not knowing the real situation and usually blame it on phone settings. However, they have tried all methods by now but still insisting that GPRS is working fine. The phone settings on Cellone portal, incidentally, also cannot be downloaded. I deleted the earlier setting at the advice of call centre personnel (ie BSNL helpline 9400024365) but couldnt receive any settings.

Nothing, but problems
I am staying in Munnekollal, manjunatha layout. The wireless set from the BSNL did not work for about a month. On 2nd August 2006 I took the phone to the Brookefields department, since I was told that the wireless set needed re-programming. After submitting the phone to them and running many times they said that the programme is not there etc. Then in September they said that the phone is having fault and it has been sent for replacement. However nothing happened even after that and the BSNL person time and again showed their callous attitute and said that now in your place we have laid wires so you will be getting a new connection. I was relieved that once I have do away with the wireless set then I will have a better phone line, however till this date nothing has been done and I have been paying all the bills all this month because the person at the brooke field office said once you pay the bills you will get the reconnection. However I am still suffering and dont know what to do. My father has a pacemaker implantation and he is unable to use wireless or mobile phones.

I am not being able to talk for 2 or even 3 min everytime the call is getting disconnected
I am a Cellone post paid customer for the last 3 years. Previously I was using Rs 325/- plan and the service-especially the signal quality was ok. But from the time i had converted /upgraded (downgraded?) the plan to One -India I am getting abnormally poor signal quality. I am not being able to talk for 2 or even 3 min everytime the call is getting disconnected. I have complained repeatedly to the customer care but all their rosy promises the quality has not improved a bit. I went to the local cellone office at dehradun- he did not paid any heed to my problem and told me to comaplin at another number. I tried to call the number but I did not get any reply. I really need help so that i can talk peacefully without any worry.
