fully dead land line & internet
My Bsnl Landline and internet connection is dead from last 15 days and i am fed up by giving complain to customer care and local telephone exchange. and no one their taking care of it.Please take an immediate action against this complaint.

BROADBAND NOT WORKING FOR THE LAST 9 DAYS
R/Sir,
I am BSBL Broadband subscriber from Chandigarh(UT) with landline No.0172-2777150. I want to draw your attention about the non working of the BROADBAND. I made a complaint over the telephone No. 12678. As per their wording they said the complaint will be solved within 1-2 days. Although one lineman had visited our house he said that the wire is disconnected and had been connected again with DP Box. But despite that the problem remains same. One day somebody called to our landline and enquired about the connection, we have told him the till date the problem is not rectified. Sir, despite assurances from the P&T Deptt. my problem is not solved till date/time. I shall be highly obliged if through you my problem is solved.

OUT GOING CALLS STOP
I am user of BSNL prepaid mobile more than 1 years... 15 DAYS before I took recharge voucher... after some time i came to know that my out going calls stop so i contacted customer care but no ...MY MOBILE NO 09477277622

TELEPHONE COMPLAINT
MY lANDLINE NO# 0181-2601917 i m not receiving my telephone bill every month, I already complaint for same but they not reply for same, 1 time they disconnected my landline due to non payment of my bill but that time i have not received bill from last 3 month. They says if you not receive bill take duplicate4 bill from BSNL office.

since our Landlline Bsnl telephone is dead from last two months . we made lots of complaints to the Bsnl office but nothing has been done yet .

BSNL landline is not working.
BSNL landline is not working. Lodged a complaint in the exchange two weeks before. But, action has not taken so far...Because of this Internet is also not working.

voice is quite not cleared in line
Dear sir,
I have the bsnl land line connection phone no. 0141-2405593. i made a complaint against non clear of voice dt 20/5/2010 online. it has been listened as on 29/05/2010 after many mails. and when the service man came to my house they could not repaire due to lines foult rather they got me talked to their JTO, and he replied in angry language that this company can not provide better quality.
in spiteof their line man too did not satisfied with voice. but what can a normal consumer can do if the curuption and govermentism is all where...
if this complaint board can help in this matter then my name is KAMAL KUMAR RUIYA, 33, KAMLA NAGAR, GOVINDPURA, KALWAR ROAD, JAIPUR. finally i will have to cut my connection if anything is not done against it...

HOPELESS SERVICES
1. On seeing very attractive advertise by BSNL, I applied for Land line + Internet comboplan on 13.04.2010. I paid Rs 750.00.
2. I contacted to Zero mile Main office Mr. Sharma, Itwari exchange and at Sakkardara exchange for the said connection.
To hell with connection.
And now I come to know why private sector is rapidly dominating the so called BSNL. The most hopeless system I ever seen.
The servants in "Custemr care" at Sakkardara exchange were not in mood to listen my problem. They were listening music on PC. When I ask them to please stop the music, they act very rudly with me and one lady at mobile counter not only fired me but ask to get out me. When SD Mrs Kune came, first of all she join with her staff but after hearing me she say SORRY to me. The staff was saying that we have the rights to hear the music????
Surprisingly.
If I contact for connection to private agency, I will be the best person for them. But for BSNL the custemer is "Worst person"
My best wishes for BSNL for its existance which may vanish due to their workers behaviour only.
