My name is shafi. I alredy have bsnl telephone line and its No is (22382267). Now i required broadband connection so i gave a request for this on 26th april 2010. My application ref no is (51242944). But still now i dont have any response regarding this. so pls do the needful.

Phone dead for the past 20 days
Our phone is dead for the past 20 days. I am calling daily without fail to the local exchange, 1500, 2 times to the divisional engineer, and to 2679666. But no use. No action has been taken till now. We have been fed with very much. Since it is a school, and it is the admission time. We have affected very much due to this. Our landline number is 26663336. And this is not the first time, now for the past 2-3 month the phone becomes dead frequently and it takes a lot of time to repair it. Please do necessary action to keep the phone in condition.

Land Line not working last 10 days
My Land line not working last 10 days (04972816495). I had registered complaints more than three times to our Telephone Exchange Centre (Kottila, Kannur Dist, Kerala, India). till now nobody came from the BSNL Department. They don't bother about customer complaints.

Changing the equipmant
We are residing in Pammal Chennai .We got the new land line connection last week. Amount Debited from PNB a/c without taking the cash
Sir/Madam,
I am having my account in PNB, Clock Tower, Paltan Bazaar Branch, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. My account No. is 3713001300005764.
On Saturaday, 13/03/2010, I tried for the transaction of Rs.8000/- from the ATM of Union Bank Of India, MKP Branch, Dehradun. The cash money came out of the ATM but due to delay in some seconds the money went back into the ATM due to which i was not able to take the cash money. But the receipt slip of ATM shows the balance with 8000/- been deducted from my account.
As it was saturaday, the banks were closed early, so i didnt register my complaint to the bank. Then I tried the toll free number of PNB and they said that my money will be reverted back my account within 24 hours. But after 24 hours, when i checked the balance it was the same hence no result. Then I booked my complaint to the toll free number agian, they gave me the complaint number and made me sure that my money will be reverted but nothing happened.
The PNB Bank members are also not cooperating. They are saying that they can't do anything.
Please help me in this regard.

No action even after 1 month
Our landline phone (number 040-2003-1469) is out of order for the last two and half months. I visited BSNL zonal office in Toli Chowki 3 times and submitted my application for change of address and replacement of phone instrument. But no action so far.
