phone is dead
my phone is dead since last more than 15 days inspite of our several complaints over phone to exchange and also over computerised complaint on 198 it is still pending. I have also reminded to SDO Telephones Balaganj Exchange Lucknow.Due to this I am unable to use our BROADBAND also. Pl.attend it as I am very much fed up of services of BSNL Balang Exchange Lucknow U.P. INDIA PIN 226003

REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT
I HAVE TAKEN POST PAID MOBILE CONNECTION FROM BSNL BARMER(RAJASTHAN) IN OCT.2007 AND PAID ALL BILLS UPTO JULY 2008 AND WHILE TAKING CONNECTION I HAVE DEPOSITED RS 2000/ AS SECURITY DEPOSIT NOW I HAVE MOVED IN MAHARASTRA SO I HAVE ALREADY SENT MY SIM ALONGWITH ORIGINAL DEPOSIT RECEIPT BY REGISTERED POST BUT MORE THAN ONE YEAR LAPSED NO RESPONSE FROM BSNL BARMER AND NOT REFUNDED MY DEPOT AMT. Activation of Excel Anant Service
I am your prepaid customer for the last few years. My mobile number is 0-9433948532. I am using your Anant services since more than 18 months whereby I can call two numbers (one landline & one mobile) at much reduced rates. Recently I wanted to replace those two numbers by another set of two numbers which are now my priority and wanted to add then to the reduced calling list instead of the earlier no’s.
As suggested by the customer centre a month back, I had sent an sms to 53733 by typing:
EXCELP 03326850924 9433778409
Again as I didn’t get any confirmation I again spoke to the customer care centre & again sent on Tuesday. Even yesterday I had sent the same sms but in vain. Thus I would request you to help me out in this case as I would like to avail the cheap calling facility for these 2 numbers.
I had sent complain mails a month back but still no action has been taken by BSNL authorities which is surprising.
Looking forward to your co-operation in this regard.

Broadband connection

I am from Chennai - Villivakkam
I have been facing problem in internet connection at my home for past one week. I have called '1500' and followed the work around process as guided by your Customer care executives, twice. But still i could not connect to the internet (as the INET lamp in the modem doesn't blink).
Complaint has been launched by the executive himself based on this on Tuesday (22/9), and here is the number: 88480120

Till now there has been no response from your side, on which I am loosing a week's amount on my 750+ plan, till date.
It would be great if you please look into this problem as soon as possible and rectify the same.

NON-REFUND OF AMOUNT DEBITED FROM A FAILED TRANSACTION FOR ONLINE RECHARGE
Dear Sir,
I had attempted online recharge of my mobile 9433760511 from the bsnl website for amounts of Rs 220.00 & Rs 330.00 on 22.08.09 at 10.40 pm which had failed, although the amount was debited from my account. The amount of Rs 220.00 was credited to my account on 24.08.09 but I am yet to receive the refund of Rs 330.00 even after repeatedly putting up the matter with the Customer Care of BSNL.

Email Account
Even availing the broadband service for 9 months I have not been able to use its email service. I have tried all methods to configure Bsnl POP service but gives error message "authentication failed".
Called the customer service several times but it never solved the problem.
