Complaint has been registered on computarized no 0120-2605198 vid Complaint no. 00574 & 00583
But no response . Is there any authority who can see to it...

non refund of security deposit
I have retuned my telephone almost a year back. (22236218). However till date i have not received my refund.Even numerous personnel visits at GC Avenue office has not provided any result.I was told that the cheque will reach my address. i dont know whether it takes 11 months for a cheque to travel 7 KM in kolkata.

i dunno.. wat bsnl s doing nu.. v didnt check ma broadband usage for last two months.. it ll display an error occured while getting d remote connection nu.. while checking d above mentioned site(bbservice.bsnl.in) .. very poor customer satisfaction.. not fair.. so try to cure dis problem as soon as possible..

excess billing
I recevid billed amt for account No. 102652497 M. No. 9419146214 dated 19/07/09 for Rs 593 / which includes among other charges Rs. 509/ as recurring charges . I want to know what is recurring charges. Customer service centre failed to convience me.

excess bill
Mydetails for billing period jul 2009 show recurring amount of Rs.509/ regular charges 100/ usg charges 230/ and after deducting discounts etc. net bill works out at 593/ . I failed to understand what is recurring charges denote in my bill . pl. explain me . I lodged complaint on Customer service centre but they failed to explain.
