Subject: Complaint regarding land-line phone number 2556421.
Sir,
In continuation to my earlier application/ complaint sent through e-mail dated 21/6/2011, it is to intimate that my land-line Phone No. 2556421 is still not functioning despite making several complaints and personal visit to the O/o Mr. Jain, Asstt. Engineer (Telephone), BSNL office Sector-19, NOIDA on 22/6/2011 nor any line-men or employee has visited to remove the fault despite giving an assurance by Mr. Jain. AE (Tel.).
It is, therefore, requested that either the said phone-line may kindly be got repaired or it may be disconnected after 25/6/2011 as since last 2 months the phone is not functioning and there is no use to retained the same. Also a final-bill may also be sent to my above said residence. An early response is expected.

excess money taking
I had called a call to Maldives on 15.6.2011 after 7.00. i talked 1minute 53 seconds and they debited Rs.80/- from my account. I contacted BSNL. filed a complaint KL 170611410. But no response. A reputed firm like BSNL is doing such irresponsibility means it is very shame. Usually they are charging 12 Rs. for one minute. It is very high amount they debited from my account. Kindly credit the exc ess amount they debited.

no response
I had registered for BSNL broadband connection and subsequently paper work done . But after that no response from your side, i cald up customercare but no use they are wasting time .

Frequent non-working of landline
I am having a WLL land line connection with above number. A lot of complaints have been made about signal problem resulting into problems in outgoing as well as incoming calls. I have requested for give me a cabled connection which the officials refused due to shortage of 'pair'. When my neighbors having cable connection enjoying reception and transmission of calls throughout the day, I am deprived of the same.I am desperate since I am/my family has missed several calls during important and vital occasions. I have made several complaints and thankful with the occasional actions of the BSNL authorities and their 'consolations'. Will the corporation take action to ensure that I get worth of the bill I am paying to them

Erratic Connectivity of Broadband
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a subscriber of BSNL Broadband connection on telephone no: 01632 222722. I want to bring to your notice the carelessness of all officials concerning Broadband connectivity. The connection works like an employee of a Gov service i.e at its own sweet will. Moreover what I have noticed is that is very strange is it will get disconnected around 5 pm in the evening and again get connected around 10 am in the morning and on Saturdays and Sundays it is again at its own whim. There is no official who cares to take any responsibility. Ferozepur, as you know is a backward area and nobody bothers to complaint about this matter out of laziness or ignorance.I am a teacher and needs the connectivity to teach my students but after complaining so many times there is no permanent solution.
Please help me to earn my living and make it sure to take the staff to task and remove this problem permanently. I hope for an early action and reply.My e-mail address is: [email protected].

not stopping subscription to cricket service
Ignorant of the dirty service rendered by BSNL Mobile Service I
subscribed for cricket sservice on 28-3-11. For that they deducted
Rs20/-. But I never got any information regarding cricket score and so
I sent a message to stop the service. For the four messages I sent I
was charged. They deducted Rs20/- on 28-4-11and again on 29-5-11. I
talked to the customer care of BSNL on 4-5-11. I received complaint
registration No.AP0405117024 from 53333 and docket No.E04AP66968 FROM
52765F BSNL support. They are not stopping the cricket service and
every month they are deducting the amont. I request to please help me
in this matter.My BSNL mobile no. is 8985763124. May I hope that the
erroneous deductions will be recredited to my balance and the cricket
service will be stopped! There is no action even from the CUSTOMERCARE (cell no.1503).

bad internet and communication sercvices

Now a days communication and internet is one of the most important part of the life, today every department, school, colleges, hotel, companies, every public and private sector even individual life can’t survive without that. That’s why many telecom companies providing communication and internet facility. BSNL is one of them. I very am strange when I am looking company profile that, company has maximum customer beside then any other company but that company has very poor services.
Where government planning to join every village, every backward areas for better communication and provide Broad band to every family in villages through BSNL. But another hand BSNL services is going pathentic day by day. If BSNL will not improve their services I am sure the dream of CONNECTING INDIA will never completed in next 4 or 5 decade.
Sir/Madam, my name is Prabhat Bisht I have family of five member and all of them has BSNL connection but I never satisfied a single day from when we all have taken the connection. Now a month before I had converted my BSNL connection to VODAFONE connection. Because when ever light is gone the network goes out of oder. I am really very sad about that because I want to avail BSNL services but due to rescueless and ignoring habit of the department I change my connection. Beside that, two or three year back I have taken NIC data card but due to a bad services and interrption in services I shut down that connection. Now a days I have taken another connection EVDO broad band but problem is that the speed of internet is very slow. Now tell me what I have to do?

Company claming 512 kbps but system shows 100 kbps approximate
Light gone network gone
No one to take seriously any problem
Billing mistake
Many time twice bill is coming
My area where I am facing this problem is (Ranibagh-kathgodam-amritpur) under distt- nainital, Uttarakhand
Sir/Madam it is humble request to solve out this problem other wise BSNL should give to any private company. I requesting to all officers, ministers or high authorties who currently reading this letter please help us to solve that problem
