landline phone dead from 1 last monh
sir i have a bsnl landline phone of bsnl which dead from last 1 month many complaint note in balotra ( dist. barmer ) in rajasthan and bsnl office in not repairing to phone . th TDM bsnl barmer aslo not looking the problem complaint noted on 17.10.08 on bsnl tollfree no. 1500 complaint no. 5332579 and 528 on 198 no. dt. 22.10.08 plase help me. My no. in (2988) 226832 i have a processing house 100% local job and i am surrefiing big loss due to no connetion . And local JTO MR. V K MATHUR AND V K GAUR AND TDM OFFICE BARMER not giving me any answer

internet usage
The site from which one can check his/her internet usage has a very poor server. the site is very slow and take hell lot of time to open...may b this is done knowingly so that limited download user like me are not able to check their usage..and end up geting unexpected high bill

No connections
There are no broad band connections in boduppal and taking long time more than (6 months) to get the connections in BSNL. Whats happening...

GPRS not working with mobile softwares
I am facing problem to use my softwares with net access on my mobile nokia6233. I can surf and download content but it shows java error connection or http connection failed i am trying for opera mini, ebuddy such software plz help me m facing problem from last 5 days i registered complaint earlier also.

Terrible experience
I had downloaded at night from 2:00 A.M to 8:00 A.M (2nd August: within the free usage hours) but that amount of space (MB) is not excluded from the total used space. I came to know it while I check the service record. The download speed is not also as expected. Most of the time link is not available and the connection is also getting disconnected after a certain while.

Non activation of caller tune
Non receipt of caller tune since 1st august. Complained on 11th august at customer care vide complaint docket no 2895173. no response yet. Paid full 4 the service and not getting it.

No outgoing
I have a BSNL landline in my home since many years but it always seems out of order. This time i am problem from approx 20 days and i couldn't make any outgoing for last days. I tried to complaint but they call me asking u have a problem i always said yes then they put down the phone and never answered.
