Voice breaking
I am facing lot of problem in BSNL network.Voice is always breaking. Pls look in to this. I am newly customer of BSNL but i fill it is very poor service. Thats why only one word comes from my end Disgusting.

Delay of connection
I am a resident of 2/2C Tiljala Road, Calcutta 700 046. I had placed a request for Broadband connection through online 3 months back and till today I have not received the connection. Adter one month a rep of BSNL had called in my mobile no. took the details like username, type of connection etc and vanished.
I am just fed up and tired of giving fresh application as everytime I log in to apply for fresh application it says "You have already registered yourselves for this connection". I feel like taking back my request for Broad Band and disconnection the BSNL line and opt for other telecom industries.
I needed this connection badly for my daughter who is a Loreto House student and needs to to projects now and then but it seems the services provided by BSNL is not up to the mark.

internet problem
iam having BSNL broadband at home . The internet is not working properly at night times but it works in the day time so please you consider this problem and take steps sir.My landline number is 044- 22322154

Bad signal and sms cheating with customer
1. In our factory only bsnl signal is very poor.
2. I received a sms for downloading a song, but there was not any charges was mentioned. When i download the song, 15 Rs deducted. This is act of company is like pickpocketing.

The telephone is not working
The telephone is not working since last 8 days. Despite personal complaints at the exchange the complaint is not attended. Due to this we cannot be in contact with my brother in U.S.

not able to make ISD call
hi my wife is from bihar siwna district and she has bsnl prepaid connection and she cant make ISD calls.she can make ISD sms but not ISD calls.Can you please help us on this.her mobile number is 9430674318.we have talked to customer care of bsnl but they never helped us.we are suffering a lot for this.
i request for your help as soon as possible

Bbservice page blank
The bbservice usage details page shows a blank screen!!! Can login but cannot view anything more... What is this!!!each and every time some new prob always pops up with this site!!! Very bad maintenance!!!
plzzz do something urgently!!!
