Hi our BSNL land phone at Durgapur is not working properly, at times the phone gets connected to some one else and at other times it remains disconnected. Please look into the matter. This is happening for the last i year and we have got no solution.

I lodged a complaint around 2 months back on broad band from bsnl, the website worked the, but noone looked into the complaint. Now the website itself is down.

My phone no: is 25838199 and location bangalore.

I got message from 51819 that Rs. 30 has been charged for dating service renewal which i never subscribed. I called BSNL customer care and every time i got different option to send to unsubscribe the service which i never subscribed. The executives given me following options and none of them is working for me.

UNSUB DATING -> 51819
UNSUBS DAT -> 51819 / 55000
UNSDAT -> 55000
UNSUBDATE -> 51819
UNSUBSCRIBE -> 51819

Also at last they told me if its still not working then go to exchange and make a complaint. As this service is not from BSNL. I am fade up of all this... i am user of BSNL from last 7 years. How can they reply me like this...

Dear Sir,

With due respect, I beg to state that the last usage of the month of July'08 of my Internet Connection belongs to the Telephone Connection No. 03222-274837 with Home-250 plan was installed and working from last 27/03/2008. The said connection is also surrendered on 29/07/2008 including its Modem which is received by the J.T.O. (Maitytbabu) in Paschim Medinipur.

So, it is impossible for me to connect to the internet after the very date 29/07/2008 but in the usage of the month of July it is showing the logging and log out from the Connection 29/07/2008 to 08/12/2008 which is really very confusing.

I don't know the mentioned Date i.e. 08/12/2008 is 12th August, 2008 or the 08th December, 2008 which have not come in the calendar still now as it is only the month of August and whereas I have surrendered my connection on 29/07/2008.

So, I earnestly request before you to please look into the matter with no delay and help me by solving the problem.

I completely by H.D. I have a problem with the line for BSNL BroadBand for which I have given complaint in person and on phone as well.But the lineman just called up and asked if I'm getting the connection to the net or not but no body came in person to check the line fault. For past one month I'm unable to use the net because of this problem and still no body is coming to rectify the problem.
