Net is not connecting, modem problem
Lodged Complaint on 26.6.08 with registration no. 7631. As per the telephonic inquiry with the concerned at phone No.0891-2787890, it was told the complaint nature indicates that the modem is not working which will be replaced immediately. Inspite of repeated reminders, so far no action or no feed back.

Broad band not working
My broad band connection related to the Tel. no. 080-26632238, BSNL, Bangalore TD, does not work from past four months. I have complained nearly 10 times to the tech support engineers. And I have also submitted a written complaint to the divisional head in Jayanagar, Bangalore. Telephone line works, but ADSL light in the modem does not blink. Till today there is no response from BSNL.

landline Phhone
We have complaint to BSNL that our lndline phone is not working since 3 weeks but notbody turned up till date.

Broadband not working
My broaband is not working since 07.06. 2008. Myusername is brprusty2330@bsnl.in. My portal id is bra64914032008, Bradband no. 24572330, I have lodged several compliants to bsnl, Kolkata, . But in vain . Pl. start my broadband immedietly. I have paid rent for 1 year in advance but unable to use the broadband connection without any basic reason
Pl. look into the issue immediately and resolve the problem immediately.

Scam and cheating

Sir,
My name is Srinivas Reddy.I have applied for bsnl connection.Reg No.KU/NONOYT - GEN/INOTH/15388.
I have paid Rs.200/- on 29-4-2008.But i didn't get the connection.When i reached bsnl office no one is giving response.
They alloted phone number 27140114/KU 104772.

modem disconnects
what should i do to avoid disconnects after 5-10 minutes ?
-i have reinstalled windows
-there is no virus
-broadband care techs have checked on their laptop and no such problem was there they say windows might be corrupted
-disconnects on downloading something or on loading any page
-i used my friend's properly working modem and still there was such problem
please help !
