Our telephone is not working for last one week. We made complain on 197 but still waiting for response.

I have booked a new connection for bsnl land line bcz i want broad band connaction on 13th march 08, But still my connaction is not activated & the head officer of bsnl is very non co oprative person. he says that you can with draw your connaction or wait to two to three month.what can i do i cant understand.

Internet connection is not working properly
In my house, we are having BSNL broadband connection for past 2 years.
It was working fine. For past 2 to 3 weeks, it is not working half of the day. It is working only during the day hours. The net is not connecting after 5:00pm.
Kindly look into it ASAP

LESS THEN POOR SERVICES
i am sanjeev kumar bansal from tohana. i am using a landline phone of
BSNL and its no. is 01692-232421. i have became the victim of this
lazy system sir. i am using this no. from past few year but can you
imagine that i have never received any bill detail at my destination. every
time when i have to pay the bill, i have to go to exchange, take the
duplicate bill, pay the penaly(lots of time) and then pay the bill. it was
always a long process. i have also lodge the complaint against that
but there has no action been taken. i also have lodge written complaint
but nothing changed, i am also having the acknowledgement of that
complaint. not only this, actually even no one in exchange tried to solve
the problem. they says " it is the system, what can we do" .specially mr.
SDO screwed me a lot. you are my
last hope now otherwise i have to take some legal action against them or close my
phone conection.

Grievance of technical assistant to the customer
BSNL dataone broadband esrvice - departmental technical assistant is no provided for broadband connectivity since from the beginning of July 1007 and now even after paying the service charge along with the bill paid for the Broadband modem instrument, . Frequently, I have reminded and informed to attend the problem. But no body is attending fault so far. Since the starting of connection I am managing myself.
My setting is not done properly hence I am not getting preferred speed in down loading of data. I am unable to get technical assistant from your staff. I don, t know where is my fault.

Telephone bill never received!
I haven't received the Telephone bill since last 3 months and telephone bills are very important for my reimbursement as well as address proof. When we inquire BSNL they say that come to their customer care center which is very difficult to people like me who work for more than 12 hours at office. There must be some on line service to obtain the bill and pay the same.

caller tune purchased but not activated, repeated complaints at helpline does not help
i successfully purchased caller tune code 600110 on 21.02.2008 but not activated till date although charged. i am complaining daily to helpline 9400024365 without any result so far. according to their advice, i tried to purchase the same tune through sms at 56700 on 05.03.2008 and got a reply that it can not be reallotted since it has already boeen subscribed on 21.02.2008! according to the advice of helpline, i purchased another caller tune code 600113 on 05.03.2008. an sms congratulated me for purchase of the tune but surprisingly again it has not been activated!I want my caller tune activated or the whole amount of money charged against purchase of the tunes may please be refunded.
