Line Installation
I have paid Rs 500/- against new telephone (landline) connection for my residence with BSNL, Pimpri.
My customer accoutn Number is 2010454023 and the waiting list number is PPI13001913. I had submitted my application for the new connection on 20th Feb'2008. The exchange code is PPIRSU.
After a weeks time, when i approached BSNL, they claim that providing line to my residence is not feasible and i have to cancel my request.
Is this the way BSNL treats its customer. I am failing to understand that while my flat owner besides me (i am in flat 3 and he is in flat 2), owns a BSNL line, why i cannot have one? Only BSNL authorities can answer this!

BSNL Laandline not working/dead
In my home BSNL landline phone is often not working recently for the past 20 days its not working and also its in rural area i dont know to whom i have to complaint because if i complaint to nearest exchange they are not taking care my complaint. phone no is 954323-242739.
kulithalai,karur dt. please do the needful or direct me to the person to home i have to complaint.
important note: even for not taking for the entire month we are paying money

broad band
I had appalled for BSNL BROAD BAND connection on march 18 2007 but yet not get connection or any kind of information. is this a service of central Govt. company? better way you shut your business.

data one password not told
i got my internet connection on 24thdecember, bot i still do not know my password.i have made several calls to bsnl office and even gone there but they told me to call 1500. from there i was told to call 18004241600 , and when i selected the option of customer care they told me to hold on. till know no response.

one month over. i still do not know my password.

Scam and cheating!
I am not able to know data usage of BSNL broadband because when i log on to www.data.bsnl.in it shows a blank page.

broadband
i had got my broadband connection on 07/12/2007 but since then only i m unable to see my account usage on bsnl site as http://www.data.bsnl.in/wps/portal which is creating a big problem for me as i m unable to see how much has been used & how much is remaining.

broadband connection not avilable
IT IS EVIDENT FROM THE FACT WHY AIRTEL ,SPICE HUTCH /VODAFONE ARE TOUCHING NEW HEIGHTS IN TELECOM INDUSTRY .
THEY HAVE DEDICATED CUSTOMERCARE WHICHRESPOND WITHIN MINUTES , RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
NOT LIKE BSNL WHICH MAKES PEOPLE A FOOL
TAKE EXAMPLE S FOR INSTANCE TELEPHONE CONN OR BROADBAND . CALL AIRTEL FOR THE SAID CONNECTION AND THEY ARE AT DOOR STEPS WITH EVERY THING YOU NEED .
I HAVE A BSNL LANDLINE 08025661539. RAMAMURTHYNAGAR DOORAVANINAGAR EXCHANGE AN SMS CAME FRON CELLONE STATING THERE BLOODY BROADBAND CONNECTION IS AVAILABLE ON DEMAND I APPLIED FOR THE ONE NOW IT IS 3 MONTHS. AND NOW THEY WANT BRIBE IT SEEMS TO GET IT ALRIGHT .
IF THIS CONTINUES BSNL WILL LOOSE ALL IT`S CUSTMERS .GOOD LUCK AIRTEL ,SPICE ETS ISP

Brooand Band connection
we have paid the biils two month before for home 250 broand band plan.Till now connection has not made. What should we do?
I live in ludhiana. Its very dificult to make connection?

no incoming
Iam not given incoming in my mobile no 09435765777 since it was activated on 2nd December,2007. I lodged complain in customer care service of BSNL( Complain no 2330455 ) with no positive action till now.
