SHIFTING OF BSNL LAND LINE WITH BROADBAND INTERNET
I am KAMARAJU,M.V.V ,applied for shifting of BSNL land line phone :040-27205652 along with broad band INTERNET Connection from JR Nagar,Teachers colony, Kalyanpuri , uppal , Hyderabad-39 to my present (Own) House No: 16-3-1200/15, PLot#15,NRSA Colony, Hydernagar, Kukatpally, Hyderaba-72.

BSNL BROAD BAND SERVICES
I am KAMARAJU,M.V.V ,applied for shifting of BSNL land line phone :040-27205652 along with broad band INTERNET Connection from JR Nagar,Teachers colony, Kalyanpuri , uppal , Hyderabad-39 to my present (Own) House No: 16-3-1200/15, PLot#15,NRSA Colony, Hydernagar, Kukatpally, Hyderaba-72.I was also allotted a new land line No:23150019 and the nearest Tel No: is 23150105.
Neither I have been given the telephone connection nor information from BSNL in this regard.
Hence I request the concerned BSNL authorities to take up immediate action so that I can avail BSNL land line with BROAD BAND INTERNET at the earliest.

Delay in new land line connection
I, Rathindra Nath Bhattacharjee appled for a new telephone land line connection on 1-Nov-07 in my house at Bangalore as per the following details.
consumer no: 49220374
At that time (1-Nov-07), I submitted my installation charge, it was assured to me that in a maximum 10 days my phone would be installed.
But almost 1.5 month is over now, no connection is made. And no feedback also given to me.

Unable to connect to Internet.
I am a customer of BSNL and I have got a Landline Connection for past 10 days and they have informed us that i can use internet directly from this landline.However,I have completed the procedures as per your officials advise but still i am unable to connect to the internet through this landline number.The problem is I am always getting engaged tone while dialing to 172224 and becomes dead like after a few seconds and unable to utilise the internet.My Phone Number is :- 040 - 27073265.This landline has been bought by my parents whose name is Krishnamurthy Kamala and I am Parameshwaran who is submitting this complaint.Kindly resolve this immediately so that i along with my parents will have tasks to be completed using this Internet options.

the phone is dead from past 3 days and we are complaining from last 2 days but there was no action..

TECHNICAL MISUSE OF THE CASH CARD BY THE COMPANY
I HAD TAKEN A CASH CARD OF 1000 RS FROM THE COMPANY .THE CASH CARD WAS TO EXPIRE ON 31 JULY 2007. BUT TO MY SURPRISE I FOUND THAT THE WHEN I HAD LAST CHECKED THE CARD THERE WERE MORE THAN 1000 RS LYING IN THE ACOUNT BUT THEIR WERE ONLY 62 PAISE LEFT IN THE ACCOUNT THOUGH THE EXPIRY PERIOD WAS STILL LEFT BY MORE THAN A MONTH . I WANT TO CONFIRM THAT MY PHONE WAS NOT USED BY ME OR ANYBODY ELSE DURING THIS PERIOD .
I GOT THIS CHCKED FROM LOCAL BSNL AT DEHRADUN AND AFTER RUNNING FROM PILLAR AND POST I WAS CONFIRMED THAT THIS WAS ATECHNICAL FAULT AND THE AMOUNT WILL BE REVERSED BUT WAS NOT DONE . I ASKED THEM TO GIVE ME THE COMPLAINT NUMBER BUT WAS TOLD TO TALK TO THE PHONE BANKING BUT THE GUY AT THE PHOnE BANKING REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE COMPLAINT NUIMBER AND ASKED ME TO TAKE UP THE CASE LOCALLY . IT WAS ONLY AFTER I GOT FRUSTRATED WTH THE TIME PASSING I AM LODGING THIS COMPALINT . PLS REVERSE THE AMOUT IMMEDEATLY TO MY ACOUNT WITH DUE CONFIRMATION TO ME .

adsl light keeps on blinking
my adsl light on the modem keeps on blinking >>>
i have tried with 2 modems >>>adsl light blinks on both modems
so i went to bsnl office >>but there was no one top help me

non issual of broad band connection after money paid 1 yr back
working at sssihms puttaparthi,a doctor ,paid due amt as mentioned ,promissed for connection in 1 mth.now i yr over

Phone number changed and down
Hi,
I use a WLL line of BSNL, Pune. For the past one week the telephone line has been down (no signal at all) and people calling this number get a message "the number has changed to....", but when trying the changed number, it says the number is out of order.
I have registered complaints several times in the last week and nothing seems to be happening. I think BSNL should close the shop give way to some Telecom companies that are serious.
Their Call center is Lousy, to say the least. Nobody talks any sense, nor showing any responsibility. Typical "Laid back" attitude.
