SIM is deactivated

I am BSNL prepaid customer since 5 years.
Recently I have got my SIM changed as it was not working in my new Sony Erricson instrument. Then it was activated in two days. I hardly used it for 1 or 2 days then again it became inactive. First they stopped outgoing and then they stopped incoming too and it shows inactive SIM.
I say if there is any fault from customer side they should first intimate him and then they should take any action.
My balance is also about Rs. 1939 and validity is till May 2008.
I tried to call Customer Care by my another BSNL Mobile but hardly it works and sometime I hear cassette that "It is out of coverage" or "It is switched off" and if at all it is connected after waiting for 4-5 minutes when a person attends the call, in a second or a two it gets disconnected.
Please help me in this regard to restart my number.

BSNL connection shifting long delay
I have a BSNL connection number 080-25222925, and had submitted a form for shifting of the same from Murugeshpalya to JayNagar in September 17 and till date whenever I inquire when the phone will be shifted they give some lame excuses and tell this week it will happen. I am sick of this. The service is terribly poor.

Very very very poor services of BSNL
Since my activation of my mobile, bsnl customer care is not receiving my mobile. Even I'm also not able to see my BALANCE by dialing *123#. And by calling at customer care they cuts my phone. Only once they receive my call and they speak abusive. Someone tell me what to do?

Undue delay - non compliance
BSNL has the best Bollywood actresses endorsing their products. They are able to sprinkle public money on these things but their claims are unfathomable.
It is more than three months since I have applied for a broadband connection and I am still waiting. Will I ever get it is the crore rupee question.
Believe me, I am not the only one in this situation. The wonderfully designed website does not have a good contact address and there is absolutely no response to any number of mails that we send out... Where is BSNL heading and what its intentions are is left to the imagination of the poor subscribers.
BSNL ... does anyone from their side see this ever???

Broadband connection not yet provided
Hi,
I applied for new BSNL connection for the main purpose of Broadband connection through there online website. However they installed to bsnl phone in home and still they didnt provide/setup the broadband connection at my home. Poor service.

Poor service!
We had lodged complaints about a month ago, in fact, we are s till and the issue is still not resolved. Everytime we make a call, there is lots of disturbance. There is no use having a landline as we still make calls from public booth.

Phone is dead
My phone is dead from last one month. I have complained to the exchange officials as well as on the computerized complaint service on 198. But still its dead and the behavior of the staff is also insulting while contacted on phone. Someone suggest what to do?

Easy access to porns
It's a pity that not even a single ISP in the world(as far as I know) provides a method to stop Porn viewing. Porn is a real threat to the society. According to a recent scientific report, porn viewing can cause permanent psychological changes in the mind of Humans & can develop social phobia in him & it builds up various other problems which later on becomes the cause of suicide. Porn viewing has become very common now a days. In a country like India, this should not be allowed. So, I kindly request BSNL to develop methods to stop porn viewing in india- at least for the sake of humanity.

Fraud and cheating!
I have three complaints against this company:
1. I signed up for broadband service for the phone number 04183-225643 and I was given the modem. No one came to install the modem and I did it myself. But in the billing, there is a Rs. 250 charge for installation.
2. I signed up for Startup Home 250 plan which clearly says there is no deposit. Yet the billing has Rs. 500 as deposit.
3. The customer service is awful. No one gives an explanation. Finally a good samaritan gave an explanation but refused to cut the costs from the billing as it is not his department. I contacted the nodal officer, but no response.
This is creating a lot of tension mentally. Beware!
