Poor service!
We use bsnl broad band for last few years. Very often we face problem. For the last two weeks the incoming messages are rejected by bsnl server. After several hours trial, we get the complaint wing of bsnl broadband section. After explaining in detail on several occasions, nothing is happening.
It is therefore suggested that bsnl put some qualified and experienced team to solve the customers' problem otherwise we will have no option but to surrender the broadband connection and shift to private broadband providers.

Billing issue (address problem)
I am a subscriber of BSNL phone from NOIDA - Phone number - 2583954. I am facing a strange problem, the bill that is sent to me does not have complete address, thereby I never receive the bill.
As an alternative I have to go to internet to get the bill.

Where as the bill that gets generated never has the house number - A11, which is why I never receive the bill.
I think they should correct the customer file.

Poor service!
When finally BSNL Broadband arrived after a year had lapsed from the time of registering we were happy. But it was short lived. It worked only for a day!!! Repeated complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Now it is almost 6 months and yet no one bothers to set matters right. We pay Rs 250 a month to BSNL for their virtual service!!! What's more shameful is that the e-mail addresses and phone numbers provided in their website are outdated. E-mails keep bouncing back and phone calls land up at residences where one is greeted with rudeness. BSNL may kindly change their tag line to "Disconnecting India"!!!

Telephone is out of order
I am a regular customer of BSNL (Hajipur, Bihar) landline. My telephone number is 235468. Since 15 days, the telephone connection is out of order.There is no inquiry abut it. It not the only problem with my my telephone, the whole village (Murawotput, Mahanar) is suffered by this problem. The department do not take any action.

Very slow internet speeds
I am paying for 384kbps of BSNL Dataone Bangalore. It was heaven for almost 4 months. After that, its been express ride to hell. The speeds are less than 10 kbps. Call center people are useless idiots. I reached to the DGM's (Mr.Verma) office. They never let anyone speak to the DGM himself. I have to talk to his PA. The guy is helpful and responsive. He says he will talk to his technical team and fix it. Then technical team calls up and is angry that I talked to DGM's office and says she will get it fixed by 3:30 PM on the same day. I tell her that it has been bad since almost 2 months but she promises fix in 3 hrs.
BSNL displays in its office some 3 consecutive years of best broadband provider award. But I think it deserves nothing less than the worst possible provider. But, when it works... it works like a dream. When it goes off... its your hell. I wish our govt officers implement more processes to track user complaints and efficiency of their call centers.
When will that dream come true...

No help in times of emergency
My mobile which had a bsnl connection was stolen and when i called back my number it was busy, so i called bsnl to barr outgoing calls immediately else i will have to pay for the misuse, they bluntly refused saying that i have to lodge an FIR and then come personally to submit it and then the barring would be done, and since at that time i was in bombay and not in bangalore. (From where my num is) i could not do so, the misuse continued and thanks to the "don't care attitude" of bsnl, i had to pay up for the mis use and do a lot of running around just to bar one number. Very pathetic.
All other services block connection immediately in times of emergency and then reactivation is done when the FIR is given. Why cannot bsnl do the same. They will remain a downtrodden network, if they continue this way.

Broadband connection not provided!
I had applied for a BSNL phone about 2 months back, with a request for a broadband connection but still I have not got the broadband connection as of now. Services are pretty pathetic .
They did not even give a telephone directory with the instrument.

Non- receipt of Tarang instrument!
I had applied for Tarang Instrument and submitted the form at Govindpura BSNL office on dated 15/05/2007. Tarang Instrument is a gift given by BSNL to land line customers under Double Dhamaka Programme and lot of publicity is given on phones and in news papers.
45 days have been passed after submission of application form neither i have received the instrument nor any information.

Not getting 2Mbps connection
Well I've got a 2Mbps broadband connection when I test my connection speed with dsl speed testing websites it is turning out to be that i am getting only around 100kbps of speed.

Poor service!
My problem is that no incoming call is possible on my mobile for the last few days... I have complained it several times to the customer care as well as in the SDO mobile Bareilly and they have noted my complaint also following are my complaint details...
Even after that any incoming call is not being possible on my mobile i am having lots of problems due to this. I have also submitted my ID twice and when I complaint it to Mr. R P Gangwar SDO mobile on 02/06/07 he assured me that ID isn't the problem for my mobile and the problem will be solved by tomorrow but nothing was solved the problem is still same , So I again complained it to SDO mobile office on 07/06/07 they again assured me the same that the problem is going to be solved by tomorrow but its' still same... i am having lots of problem due to this.
