Waiting for new connection
I have applied a new Broadband connection (BSNL), I applied one month ago. But i didn't get any response from your Department.till we didn't get connection.
My Area for Connection : 195, Khodiyar Park, Nr.Sat Hanuman, Rudatransportnagar, Navagam, Rajkot.

Dead BSNL land line - and continuous billing reg.
I had a BSNL land line No. 27051216, and from June'2010 my telephone is giving lot of trouble ie., after 4 to 5 times disconnection then I am getting the incoming call and out going calls also become a problem for me. Due to this We lost some very important Telephonic interviews from abroad. Inspite of several complaints the BSNL authorities visited and simply told me that unless our area became Electronic exc hange my problem will not be rectified. Then I told them to disconnect my connection. Even though there is no incoming outgoing phones I am getting billing for nearly 4000/- pl. look into this and do justice for me.

bad network in area
I HAVE BSNL 3G MODEM DATA CARD WHICH IS WORKED FINE IN ALL PUNE BUT IS NOT WORKING IN MY AREA I AM LIVING IN BANER PUNE MAHARASHTRA NEAR TO FOOD BAZAR DHANKUDE HEIGHTS BANER I AM UNABLE TO OPEN IN ANY WEB PAGE USING THIS BSNL TERACOM MODEM WHICH IS PURCHES FROM BSNL OFFICE ONLY.WHEN I WENT TO THE NEAREST COMMERCIAL OFFICE OF BSNL WHISH IS MODEL COLONY PUNE .MISS CHAUHAN SUB DIVISIONAL ENG. OF BSNL PUNE TOLD ME THATS IS NOT OUR PROBLEM AND I CANT HELP YOU .I TOLD THEM I GOT FULL COVERAGE IN MY AREA BUT I AM UNABLE TO OPEN ANY PAGE WHATS IS THE PROBLEM SHE TOLD ME WHEN THE TIME OF PERCHES YOU FIRST TO CONFIGURE THE IN YOUR AREA IS UNDER THE COVERAGE AREA ARE NOT .I TOLD HER I DID THIS THING THEN ONLY I PERCHES FOR THAT SHE TOLD ME I CANT HELP YOU.SORRY ...PLEASE YOU CAN GO NOW I HAVE TO EAT MY FOOD PLEASE GO NOW... IAM ASKING THAT BSNL MANAGER IS OUR PROBLEM THAT I PURCHASE THE BSNL 3G MODEM ... AND WHO IS R ESPONSIBLE FOR THAT ISSUE ...

higher bill
dear sir
myself bhikhabhi b patel.iam having bsnl landline connection at home.and my no.is 02646-263466.i am from gujarat, bharuch hansot ilav. i ve problem with bill which came high.i had contact bsnl to solve ti but no one is giving response to me .they just giving their higher n lower level. i had talkedwith 9 to 10 people everyone giving me only and only number to talk but no1 is here to solve the problem.so is there any support in india for consumer.kindly do the favour plsssssss

Any time no working

My name is Gurbaj Singh & im customer of bsnl broadband .My landline number is 0183-2590819 im using this sevice last 7 months but my broadband service and lanline service is very poor .I have many complaint to my zonel Ro but no one resolave my issue i call my zonel sdo Mr kalia his number is 9417803233 but he not pick my phone other wise i visit on bsnl ro but no any person paresent there .So i would requirest to u plz resolave my problam .

Out going call barred,always giving massage to contact to 1503 which not available for about 100's times
9420718858 mobile out going call are barred since a week, we have enough balance and validity left over, only one massage is repeatetly coming is contact 1503, but 100' s of time we tried but of no use, as aresult i am loosing my valuable bessiness and time

not getting signal for a long time
I am Tanmoy Halder, I have an BSNL EVDO Internet service Connection, my data card no-03327237618 & ESN no- FF425290 Address- Kalyani Simanta Pin-741235 From last 31st January I am not getting signal properly due to fault of nearest bsnl bts tower at Ghoshpara. And I have complained meany times at BSNL Customer Care Service, my Complain mumbers are 66752233 & 6755773. And today its 21.02.2011 alredy 22 days passed but their is no cure of the problem & don't know when it will be cure . I am very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very disappointed with BSNL !
