Phone not working
Sir
I am having a phone no 0891- 2550403( Vishakapatanam).Most of the time the phone does not work.When we complaint, it will be repaired but within few minutes it will be out of order.
On complaint today 27/12/2010, it was repaired and I was asked to check.It was fine.but the minute the service man left within 5 minutes the phone was dead.I don't understand what the fault is with.
We are only paying the monthly charges for a dead phone most of the time.Thay can check up our usage.Hope the BSNL do something.

NON RECEIPT OF DISCOUNT AS PER SCHEME
My Land line number is 0281 2582371. I am serving in State Bank of India. I have taken broad band connection and telephone connection in July 2010. As per the scheme the discount is given from Nov. 2010 But refund amount is not give from July 2010 to October 2010 Kindly do the needful

About my rejected SIM
Respected Sir/Madam,
My bsnl sim card(no.7588339717) is rejected now. My mobile were asking about PUK no. but i didn't give him. So please start my sim card again with 100rs. balance credit.

too long to get connection

Automatic diduction of BALANCE
You have deducted Rs. 100 /- on my mobile, no. is 9424300649, on 2nd December and provide me the 20_20 Cricket game and after that every day you deduct Rs. 5 /- from my balance. I tried to contact with customer care everyday after that but I am not able to connect. And now I am frustrated because of your behavior. So I request you to return my whole balance which you have deducted...
Please refund my balance as early as possible...

disconnecting bb for 20 days
upto 20 days bsnl broad band services are disconnecting...so reduce the usable charges in my next month telephone bill

BUNK would like to say that my bsnl landline number is out of order from 0891-2708008we have launched several complaints to the department.but still there is no response from the department..hence i request you to look into the issue...

low broadband speed
sir,
i have been recieving a low browsing and downloading speed
my transfer rate is coming app. to 11 kbps
while the bsnl was to provide me 250kbps as browsing speed
