i am a user of bsnl prepaid mobile of 6 years my mobile no. is 9425122705 there is being lot of unuseful messages and phone calls for subscription of various schemes they subscribe so many schemes without my permission and dedected my balance without my permission. there is no response from your customer care executive even after trying for so many time. please take action immediately otherwise i will be forced to take legal against you if something has not being done in suitable time frame.

My mob No 9446616571 was given to flex for Rs 110 on 13th oct to a nearest Mobil shop. But he charged in to a wrong No 9440016571 which is not existing, and he demanded Rs 110 towards the wrong charging. Is it possible to to loss money on the number which is not existing?

My area is Kundannor(Maradu Exchange), Ernakulam Dist., Kerala My No. 0484-2705970, I have complaint BSNL many times regarding repairing the telephone connection many times( complaint No.E261 dated 25/08/10, E319 02/09/10, E324 04/09/10).Nobady can respond. Please rectify the complaint immediately & properly

Network related issue/ Call Drop / Voice breakage

I had applied for the cellphone postpaid connection after passing through numbers of hurdles in 2 days, I finally got the connection but now I realise that it is the biggest mistake I have done in my life because of following.

1.Since the day one of activation of connection the service is very poor it is very difficult to connect other mobiles in single attempt.
2.It is not ascertain in which moment you lost the signal even on standing just adjacent to tower.
3.I received the SMS just after 15 days of activation that my mobile bill of RS 785/- despatched in my home address but till today I have not received any bill, however I made payment of dues by obtainig the duplicate bill without knowing why I have charged so much high.
4.Today there is no signals in my mobile since 10.00 A.M.till the moment now I have decided to surrender the connection.

It is also advisable for the GOVT OF INDIA to surrender the BSNL too.
