I am not able to send messages through my mobile to others from dec 2008
I have a bsnl prepaid connection whose no.is 9431754515.I am not able to send messages through my mobile to others from dec 2008.Ihave made many complains to bsnl customer care but the problem is not short out.I have now activated the GPRS connection but it also not working properly.i have again consulted the customer care the result is the same as earlier. please take neccesary action to solve my problem.

Hi everyone!
Since Two years i have a problem with my internet connection.
So the last year, i choose the family plan of the BSNL company which provided me 20 GO download limit and 54 mbs/s of speed.
So one month, at the end of it, i receive my bill and in the internet charge, i had to paid 50 000 rps !!! I was shocked, truly schocked, i didn't even download 10 GO, that was unbelievable.
So i went to BSNL to ask if it was an error and they show me that i went into bad websites ( you know where there is bad movies.
So i let it go and i paid my bill but now since Three month, i have a new problem, my internet is cutting sometimes and after come back and my speed is very low, it is really frustrating!!! And the last week internet were not coming for 5 days, i couldn't take it anymore so i changed my home plan into business plan and they said it was changed but when i test my speed limit it, i can see that it hasn't change!!! Like they haven't do something!!!
I can't take it anymore!!! Pls can someone help me!!!
Does that problem come for others BSNL customers???

I was unable to call to customer care from other network phones
I lost my phone recently, i was unable to call to customer care from other network phones. I immediately called to customer care from a local Telephone booth which is other network service provider iam unable to reach customer care. I called after two days from one of my friends BSNL cellone phone Iam able to reach the customer care. Finally I came to know from customer care they donot provide service If we call from other networks.
If any one who lost there phones should search for BSNL phones around them. If we donot find the respective phone in near by locality or with in friend circle, then how can i call to customer care. This is a big HEADACHE. This is poor customer service provision.
These days none of the network provider is taking High priority calls option, in customer care for the lost phones or to Block the phone. This is a serious issue, it should not go to any non-ailment groups.

After three months the sim got discarded on its own for which the bsnl office again charged me the price of the sim
I purchased a sim card from bsnl in august. after three months the sim got discarded on its own for which the bsnl office again charged me the price of the sim to replace it with a new one on 21 october. but after 16 days of providing service the sim again got a problem . i was unable to send any message from this sim. again they got it replaced it for free this time on 6 nov. but still the problem is same that i am unable to send messages and they say we have no solution to it. and the mobile section of the office says that we dont know what is the problem.

Complaining to the higher authorities, I am not getting any response from any officials of BSNL
I have applied for a shifting of Landline Telephone Three months ago but Still the application is pending. On approaching and complaining the higher authorities, I am not getting any response from any officials of BSNL. Shall I move to Consumer Forum for this. Can I claim for compensation. But I am still getting Telephone Bills.

My name is Sudhir Birla and my complaint that is i am disconnect our Broadband & Modam phone no. 0171-2536271 and apply the security refund dt. 19-09-2009 but still no reply from BSNL Office . My receipt no. is 1138 dt 19-09-2009.More than 10 months visit BSNL office but nobody attended. Kindly request that pls refund my security.

Stay away from BSNL
I had opted for the bsnl broadband service on 1Str april 2007, but i am yet to obtain the connection & the regarding person is not giving proper answer to my queries. is this the premier govt telecom company or is this there policy to handover their costomers to pvt players.

I will be charged for Broadband by BSNL but without using it
I have taken new connection no 26881881. Somebody came from BSNL and told me your modem is faulty. After that i gave an application to SDE Mandirtalla to give modem from BSNL. But nothing happenned. I will be charged for Broadband by BSNL but without using it.
