Hi,
I have sent a mail to the Head of BSNL Cellular Services, Jaipur (Rajasthan), but till yet nothing received and no response, they never care about anyone, even judicial matters.
I wrote to the Head :
"Dear Sir,
This mail is regarding to complaint for my bsnl prepaid services, that since a month I am unable to avail the services of bsnl due to barred services, why I don't know and also continuesly in touch of your customer care persons, but till yet never getting any resolution of the issues, why please clairify me what happened and why ?
My mobile SIM has life-time validity, full of balance, documents delivered to the BSNL, no any issue from my side, and also your customer care support team says, that I should not receive any issue in this case and according to them no issue has raised due to any reasons, but don't know why my services are barred.

Documents submitted : Voter ID Card, Photo, Residential Proof and others as required with the Application Form
Please help me out with this issue, because this is very important number for us.
