deducting balance without reason
I am using BSNL prepaid service for the past 7 years bearing number 9440474395.last week on 30-05.2011 there occured a deduction of Rs.40 from my balance saying that i had activated mobile tv which I had never done.I immediately called the customercare & asked them to unsubscribe.I received a message that my number is unsubscribed from that nonsense.Today again I got a msg saying its been renewed n again Rs.40 is been deducted.Pls note that I have never subscribed for such things.So immediately credit the total of Rs.80 to my number 9440474395 at the earliest or else I'll move legally.

WHEN YOU RING TO THIS BSNL NUMBER IT SHOWS THAT THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST
I AM A BSNL PREPAID CUSTOMER.MY NUMBER IS 9402190578. THIS NUMBER IS OF SHILLONG MEGHALAYA REGION. I TOOK THIS CONNECTION SIX MONTHS BACK. THE PROBLEM WITH THIS NUMBER IS THAT WHENEVER YOU RING FROM ANY OTHER MOBILE IT SHOWS THAT THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST. PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER AND DIAL. IA FED UP WITH THIS CONNECTION AND I WANT TO SURRENDER IT NOW.

Sms not delivered
I am Koushik Mondal From My Way2sms account i tried to send sms on the number 9476229078 but the msg is not delivered.When i contact with customer care the said that free sms service is not available in bsnl but after that i send a sms from my account to 9434527399 and the msg is delivered. I Can't understand the reason

NON RECHARGING OF VALIDITY
MY GSM MOBILE NO IS 9453347238. ITS VALIDITY EXPIRED ON 24-10-2009. BUT IT COULD NOT BE RECHARGED FOR VALIDITY DESPITE A NUMBER OF EFFORTS . CUSTOMER CARE DID NOT PROVIDE A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM.WHY IT IS SO. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.
